Payson Packaging — Local services in Payson

My first time in started off like any other - I waited in line as I listed to the gentleman greet and chat with others. Then it came my turn to drop off my already prepackaged prepaid items and it went south from there. He grabs the first one out of my hand (a prepaid flat rate envelope) and tells me USPS probably won't accept that. I reply : I ship these all the time, almost daily. His response was far from professional when he asked "Then why are you not at the post office; did you get kicked out?" I couldn't believe a company would talk to someone like that without any prompting. I let him know I was from out of town and didn't even know where the post office was but the damage was done. He had his mind made up on how he was going to treat me and that was that. Very very very disappointed. I wanted to go back and look at the puzzles but I was mortified on how he spoke to me so...

Despite the claims of package delivery services not performing their jobs well recently, I've had excellent experiences with Payson Packing. The location is convenient, parking is easy, there are no lines, (or very short ones) the people are kind and helpful, delivery services include UPS, USPS and Fed Ex, and prices are reasonable.
