Smoke on the rim — Local services in Payson

Ha!!!! I came here to share my recent experience and noticed I had previously given this store a 5 star rating about 4 years ago (when they were located off of Main St) and there was a lovely young lady working there who was very nice and helpful. Fast forward and now I wish I could give you NO stars! To the want-to-be-hippy working there that I've had the misfortune of dealing with each time, you really need to polish your attitude and salesmansip skills to respect a customer! I've been in the new location more than a few times and each time mocked for my poor vision because I couldn't see the brands and flavors of disposables across the counter on the wall. Further, each time I went in there I took my favorite empty disposable pens and was LOUDLY mocked, in front of other customers, for my "CHEAP" choices of disposable vape pens. Well you POS, news to you, 2 of the 3 brands I had in my hand were purchaed from YOU at this store!!!!!! If you were good at what you do you would have simply said you no longer carry those brands and suggested something similar and made a $100 to $200 cash sale. If you're looking for a place that is helpful, knowledgeable, and respectful to customers do yourself a favor and visit Payson Smoke & Vape (in the same shopping center next to the UPS store) where you'll walk out feeling good about your choices and monies spent instead of...

This used to be one of my favorite stores in town to go to, their selection of glass has decreased significantly. I question whether or not there any longer going to be working in the world of glass. They still have lots of options left however their inventory has decreased. Their prices are higher than everywhere else in town. I hope to see them turn the store around.
