Made my daughter sick!!!POOR MANAGEMENT!!!! I took my 12 year old daughter to the Bosa's Donuts in Payson Arizona, to spend her allowance. We ordered 2 shaved ices and a strawberry banana smoothie. The shaved ice was really good, however, my daughter took 2drinks of the smoothie and it made her stomach hurt so bad, that she cried herself to sleep. I called and talked to the manager and asked for my daughter's money back.. and he said no... he wantedto make us another smoothie.... why would I want another one, of the thing that made my daughter sick in the first place. I took my daughter to the doctor...... food poisoning. There's no way for me to prove it was from Bosa's, but that is the only thing she consumed that whole day and she was perfectly fine, until she took 2 drinks of their smoothie. So she spent her allowance, too be sick and miserable for 3 days and all they hadto say, was they still don't think it was their smoothie!!! Whatever Mr.. Read moreI'm a fan of Bosa usually, but not this one. The first time I came here, I got a glazed old fashioned, a cinnamon crumb, and an apple fritter. I went back to the store to tell them, and they gave me a new one which was slightly better. A few days later, I went back for Christmas to get a dozen, and I got 2 cinnamon crumb, 2 apple fritters, 2 glazed buttermilk, 2 maple Long Johns, 2 chocolate old fashioned, and 2 peanut chocolate rings. I ate sections of each one, and the apple fritters were soggy again as was the buttermilk. Probably because this Bosa isn't open 24 hours, the donuts aren't as fresh. Prices are good, a dozen is $11.50 post-tax and donuts...
Read moreBoSa donuts will leave your stomach and taste buds happy every time, and leave you wanting more. Every single time I order the drive-thru staff is very kind, respectful, and almost always very social. They have great packaging for their donuts, and make sure their donuts are nice and organized in the box. In terms of their other services, the in-store experience is great. Great eye-candy within the store, many menu options, and comfortable seating all over. They have many drink options, and from experience their boba tea is to die for. Swing on through BoSa and take my word for it, this place is absolutely not one you want to...
