I Love SmartSystems! I took my laptop in because it was not working and I needed to have my DVD player working and couldn't figure it out. It worked sometimes but not all the time. I had sent it in to my warranty several time already and they were no help, only saying my hard drive was bad but they didn't fix it. So in come SmartSystems to the rescue!
