Saint Vincent de Paul Shopping Mall — Local services in Payson

I come in once a month and last month I didn't love the way I was treated in store 3 by the cashier but I chalked it up to a bad day or maybe I read her wrong. However, yesterday was yet another bad experience only because of her. The volunteers in store 1 and 2 are kind and chatty. The cashier in store 3 is flat out rude. Amongst pulling items from my hands after asking "did you get that in this store?" and when hearing yes she takes them from me which the intention is good - to hold them up front but you don't physically take items out of someone's hands. Second, I accidentally handed her the wrong card to pay and asked for it back so I could switch and her response was "Does it matter?" To which I responded yes because one is a business card and one isn't - she proceeded to charge the wrong card anyway. I think I'll skip store 3 from now on. Still love the...

I was helping my neighbor out....she received a voucher for furniture because she had none. I can't believe how rude and disrespectful the staff was while we we there because my friend had a voucher. At one point another employee asked this woman helping us if she needed any help...and the rude employee said in a very disrespectful tone " NO...it's "one of these". How rude....and degrading. Same woman said it would take a week for delivery to try and discourage a delivery. Shame on you....just because someone is going through a rough time doesn't give ANYONE THE RIGHT TO BE RUDE AND MAKE THEM FEEL LIKE LESS. The delivery men were wonderful and came the SAME day. Just because your a volunteer does NOT give you the right to treat people the way we were treated. I'll be making donations to a different organization...

Very cool location, every building is a modified cabin. Unfortunately, just as another reviewer mentioned recently, a very rude and grumpy woman yelled at my partner and I for almost walking into the business office that was left wide open with a tiny "Private" sign hung above it that blends in with everything else. She definitely ruined the experience, and her attitude reeked of "I only work here because I'm bored." If multiple people have made that mistake, maybe close the door instead of being lazy? It's not that hard to open it up again. Would've been 5 stars of she...
