There's plenty of accessible parking and ramps here. The plaza features a theater and there's also a grill which also has some outdoor seating. There's also a quilting store, a salon, a physical therapy(?) spot, and some other local printing/ tech shops, etc. Mostly I think people are here for the theater and the food, other than that not much here to see. The area though is quite neat and clean with an accessible paved sidewalk and the plaza roof shades the sidewalk area/ entrances. There's benches to sit on as well.
