Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Payson

So my mother loves to go to Jack in the Box, and I don't mind it so much. I don't eat fast food a whole lot, but when I do it's either with my mother and aunt or I do so in Mesa. In the valley, I get the best service wherever I go, fast food or a restaurant. I don't expect any good service in Payson, no one really should. It's Payson, the way everyone sees it they aren't getting paid enough to really care either. You'll get the right service sometimes, nice people and occasionally get the order completely right. But sometimes you get people who just completely ruin your experience, and make you avoid eating at certain establishments just because of their attitude. That's the case with my mother and I with this Jack in the Box. I have dealt with her 3 times, my mother more so than I. I don't know her name, the receipt said her name was Bryce. Not sure. But every time I have had her at the voice box she has this... Snotty attitude of, "Oh my god you're so difficult, I hate my job why am I here". A tone of voice so disgusted you can understand she doesn't need to be working at the window. Sometimes my mother and I can be a little difficult to take orders from, but nothing more than changing a drink or making a fry larger or smaller than what we initially asked for. This woman, however, in the way she says things like, "Is there anything else you want?" or "Will that be it?" is said in a way which clearly states that she is fed up with us ordering our 2 part order. Not only this attitude and tone of voice that bothers us though, 3/3 times she assisted our order, she missed items that we clearly ordered. The first time was the size of an order was incorrect, but she still had attitude in her tone of voice. Second time she forgot my large drink with my combo order, and third time is the reason why I wrote this. Same day as the second instance, so I made sure everything was correct before we drove off. My mother ordered a large coke, and I, a large Dr. Pepper. We asked for a small fry with a large Coke, and she clearly did not like that request as her tone of voice immediately changed. After we completed the order we recieved the items she didn't add the large Coke, and when we ask her to correct the order she was not formal. She didn't apologize, as she just moved on and gave us the item with no way of acknowledging a problem, then shut the window. We used to love eating here, but with her recent addition of employment, we have been avoiding this...

You cannot deviate from the menu whatsoever. "No" was the favorite word of the cashier when asked to modify the order. The cashier dropped a cup from the stand and after it hit the floor, put it back on the stand to serve to the next victim. None of the crew were wearing masks, even though the dinning room and restrooms were closed for Covid. No gloves either, and I even saw one of the workers cough on another order. No smiles, felt like I was in the wrong the entire time, and it was pulling teeth trying to get more ranch.

That was before we even got the food. The tacos smelt like burnt hair and the chicken strips were more nuggets than strips. The ranch had a yellow film on the surface when opened, and smelt like a yeast infection. My kids went hungry for lunch that day since we had to discard their strips. Will not be returning ever, and this experience has scarred me enough to distrust Jack. 1/10 would not recommend to any...

If it could give it a zero stars I would. Little girl with Freckles I think she’s stupidvisor.. I mean supervisor. Was extremely rude to me and her employee. I went back up to the counter to return a chicken sandwich because we asked for it plain and she said WHATS WRONG WITH IT. I told her what was wrong and she with an attitude sarcastically threw it in the trash, then my husband walks up and said this one has to be remade to because he’s allergic to mustard. She calls her employee over and says did you not here them they wanted no mayo and no mustard. Other things were said. She was just so rude! On top of it the guy in the back with tattoos all over hi neck was rubbing his finger under his nose with runny boogers! The bathrooms were disgusting there was poop all over the place. In each stall. There was food and trash on the floor in the eating area it was just gross. Nasty and that little girl needs an attitude check....
