Batteries Plus Phone Repair — Local services in Peachtree City

First, if this was a 'Product Only' review, it would be rated higher. I have no problem with them quality of the new screen for my Note 4. It's 'as specified', and seems to be working fine. My issue is with the customer service. After verifying my phone worked, was presented the bill. The bill had to first be adjusted because they neglected to credit the $50 'technician fee' that I paid th e day before. After that, I had to REQUEST the 10% discount for scheduling online....and I got a 10 DOLLAR credit, not a 10 PERCENT discount. I figure they owe me about $12. Next, my battery was 100% dead. They declined to charge it "because it's swollen"....then proceeded to try and up sell me on a $30 battery and smart charger. They explained that the battery needs to be on a smart charger to prevent overcharging. They must've missed the smart IC on the battery that prevents overheating/overcharging/over discharging. Customers don't like being treated this way. Lastly, after charging the phone and powering up, I saw a voice mail...it was from the technician. He called the phone he was working on to tell me there were screws missing (they were in a bag)....but to call the phone he's working on....it's just beyond me. What started a s a first rate interaction yesterday seems to have been handed off to the JV team for completion. Again, I'm happy to have the work done so well, but the follow up has me scratching my head as to whether to...

my husband recommended this place to me for my chipped iphone 11 pro max and i definitely see why. this was SERIOUSLY the BEST experience i could’ve had in terms of getting my phone fixed. andrew is the young man that helped me and he deserves a raise 😭😭😭 he was INCREDIBLY polite and friendly and reassuring for all of my nerves about getting my screen fixed and was done SO FAST. i handed in my phone, went to the publix next door, and right as i was getting in my car, he’s calling me that my phone is ready 😭 it was FR THAT QUICK 👏🏽 and the screen in PERFECT and the screen protector has NO bubbles or ANYTHING on it!! it is lined up PERFECTLY and it literally feels like i have a brand new phone. i am SO pleased with this experience and i will honestly only bring coming here for any tech things i need in the future. i’m seriously so happy with this outcome...

I walked in today, as soon as they opened and was greeted in a professional way. My iPhone wasn’t charging out of the charging port and the gentleman there was able to fix it within minutes. The customer service here was beyond what usual customer service is. It was more like the way Customer Service used to be 30 years ago in a small store. Where the customer is taken care of from the time they enter the door until the time they finish there transaction. I would highly recommend if you’re having issues with your electronics or if you’re looking for a great flashlight or batteries they’ve got...
