I am writing this review on behalf of my 84 year old mother, who is not very technologically savvy(to say the least). She called Crumbl because she wanted to send me a birthday cake, but she lives in Illinois and did not know how to go about doing so. A young woman named Tiffany answered the phone, and she suggested that my mother use DoorDash, but my poor mother had no idea how to even begin to do this. My mother recently broke down and bought a cell phone, because the family has been urging her to get one, but she still has not learned how to use it to do anything but make a phone call, and even that has been a challenge!(Bless her heart!🤣🤣🤣). She is still impressed when she calls me and I know it is her(by her name appearing on the screen), despite this being a feature available for about 15+ years, to give you an idea of just how clueless she is about smartphones. Anywho, this poor woman spent close to an hour on the phone with my mother explaining to her everything from how to find the App Store on her phone, to how to find a confirmation code in a text message, and this was no simple task over a landline phone call. And Nevermind the entire process of actually getting on the app and ordering the cake and paying for it, I can only imagine! I am sure that they were busy, as they always are, so it was so nice of her to be so patient and she did not have to do that, but I believe that she went above and beyond in doing so. I told my mother that she should write a review, but of course she did not know how to do this, so here I am doing it for her, lol. But she really wanted me to stress in my review what a great job this Crumbl worker did in assisting her and to let the manager know that she should give her a raise and a promotion. lol.
And as for the celebration cake, it was very good. It was buttery and fluffy and so good. Some may say it is too sweet, but it was still so very good. The prices are a bit high at Crumbl, but then again, so is everything everywhere. Definitely give...
Read moreI visited this store twice in the same day which was on Wednesday, September 21,2022. I have never had an experience like this before at ANY other Crumbl. It was my first experience with this particular Crumbl and while I don’t plan on returning, I figured someone should know about my experience so no one else is treated this way. The first visit was at approximately 12:40 pm on this day and after ordering my cookies I waited almost 40 minutes after being told that it would take about 15 minutes for fresh cookies to be done, because some of the cookies that I had purchased were currently unavailable due and they needed to make some. I had no problem waiting the 15 minutes but when 15 turned into 40 I had one. Not all of my cookies were warm, the only ones warm were the 3 that had just came out of the oven. Of course, this was disturbing being that i had spent about $40 on cookies that weren’t even fresh. I purchased a party box that consist of 12 cookies, I tried calling once I realized that my cookies weren’t fresh and of course I got no answer.
Well, I tried giving you all another chance and I decided that I would order through the app this time and ahead of time so I wouldn’t even have to have an experience like before. EVEN THOUGH I WAS OUT OF $40 because I received cookies that weren’t fresh AT ALL. I ordered my cookies at exactly 8:40 PM and I arrived at 9:30 PM only to be told that there was currently no cookies. So, not only was my time wasted for a 2nd time in the same day by the same establishment but, my money was as well. The young man that I spoke with was extremely unpleasant and seemed like he could care less about the situation and told me oh well. His name was Anthony. I am completely turned out and disgusted by Crumbl in peachtree. You don’t do paying...
Read moreI ordered 4 cookies and they boxed them up for me quickly, however I did wait about 10 mins for curbside , I opened to check them and I drove on. The rectangle box is a terrible design (not a flaw from PTC) and did not fit on my seat well. I went over double tracks and the box fell to the floor and the cookies were on the floorboard. I wasn’t able to take these to my client as they were on my floorboard. I contacted crumble and they said I needed to get ahold of the store, which I did. The gal was initially nice when I was exposing my situation and I asked for a voucher for the next time or possible refund so I could order again. That’s when she caught an attitude and tone of voice changed and said “your driving is not our fault and it’s not our responsibility to give you a voucher or refund so no.” (understandable but I’m not A nascar driver) however it was the tone of voice and lack of empathy is what turned me off about this location. A simple “sorry but please understand we cannot offer a refund or voucher and we are terribly sorry about your experience “ would have made me happier than a IDC attitude. Crumbl itself contacted me again to check on my expertise and the the company itself gave me a voucher (which is wonderful and didn’t ask for )and apologized on their behalf. I will be returning to crumbl, just not at the Peachtree...
