Starbucks — Restaurant in Peachtree City

I have been a strong supporter of this location for many years. This is the only drive- thru location in Peachtree City and they close at random times with no type of communication. It’s May 27th and it is 3:00 in the afternoon, and they decide to close three hours earlier than the online posting. This has happened three days in a row. Poor communicators.-their times are so inconsistent that you don’t know what to expect. The times posted online are off. So if you base your visit on that, you will be disappointed. Don’t drive to this location to pick up anything unless you like surprises. If you happen to be in the area and they’re open, good for you- you’re in luck. Don’t waste gasoline solely for a trip to this location. They are poor communicators and they don’t answer the phone either. This is a drive-!thru location, and I suspect they are randomly choosing to go home early. Online they are supposed to close at six, and I raced there hours early to guarantee that I would get the beverages. This is bad management that can be fixed by updating the hours online or by placing some type of communication in the drive thru. Boy, do I regret loading money on my card since I can’t even use it. This is one of the better Starbucks I've visited. I am in town for a conference every month since 2015 (except 2020 and 2021). This is my go-to Starbucks. So I can speak to their consistency (at least pre-covid and recently). The facility is bigger than most Starbucks with additional seating. They also have meeting rooms you can rent/reserve, which I haven't seen before. They look like they can comfortably handle about a dozen or so people in each. I always order ahead on the app and just walk in, and pick up my order. It's right 99.9% of the time. Inside is typically clean with clean bathrooms also. Service has always been fast, accurate and friendly. I've never seen less than 3 people working behind the coffee bar and often 4 or 5 during busy times. Drive-thru is pretty tight but never backed up more than a couple cars past the speaker. The parking lot is tight also, so if you're in a big truck/SUV, you might want to park in the more open lot behind it for convenience. It's still only 20 yards to the front door. This is a 2 part review. Part 1- The staff here is very friendly and pleasant. 1 star for service. Once again, seems like drive through and mobile are the priority. If you are with someone and they order drip, comes out right away. They were almost finished when my coffee came up. Orders should come up together.

Food availability is inconsistent. Went on a Saturday and all of the items I would have ordered were not available but still on display. Still got coffee but had to grab breakfast at another establishment. Part 2- Atmosphere- Gone are the comfortable seating options and partitions for more privacy that you usually find in a coffee house. Just one long area filled with tables and chairs.
