I have stage 4 cancer, so I could not be present for dinner. However, this is the absolute worst.Italian food i've ever had in my entire life! My husband brought me takeout. The salad was a bowl of spinach. No dressing, no croutons, no parmesan cheese, just spinach. The bread had no oil, no seasoning, just a loaf of bread that was soggy. I got the combination with lasagna, chicken parmesan and fettuccine alfredo... I splurged, thank god, a meatball with meat sauce that cost me two bucks. I can't even tell you how horrible this was. It had a tablespoon, maybe, and that's being generous of meat sauce. And half of a meatball! The Lasagna had 0 cheese. It was plain noodles with a teaspoon of ricotta inside plain noodles. I have never seen a Lasagna made like this 0. Cheese on top, however, the pictures look amazing. At least what they put online. The chicken parmesan was a very small, frozen piece of chicken with again. No cheese whatsoever. Just a simple piece of frozen chicken, not even any sauce! The fettuccine alfredo was a tiny amount again, extremely dry, barely any sauce! I cannot believe this was twenty six bucks for this tiny amount of food and it had absolutely no flavor whatsoever! Again the online pictures look absolutely delicious But I find it very hard to believe that I actually even made this food pictures or not always wet you see!! I will never go here again ! My husband it stated that it was absolutely generic and not authentic as they advertise. At all! Take yourself down to carabas, or somewhere else.Save your money!

So glad we decided to try The Italian Oven for lunch today! Service was great! We were greeted by the manager as soon as we entered and seated very quickly by our server, Jared. Jared was very attentive. They serve you a hearty basket of sliced Italian bread w/ a saucer of olive oil and Parmesan cheese to get started. We ordered the Flatbread and Italian Roasted Wings for our appetizers ...both were very tasty and flavorful. Their lunch menu has tons of great options. We ordered the Mahi-mahi w/ artichokes, veggies and Garlic mashed potatoes, the Mediterranean Pizza w/ Grilled Chicken and the Barbecue Chicken Pizza w/ Shrimp. Everything was extremely delicious and flavorful. Portion size was perfect too! The entrees come with either a Cesar or Italian Salad(we had both options which were very fresh) We cannot forget about the decadent chocolate cake for dessert. It satisfied every sweet tooth craving...very moist and delicious..there was chocolate in every bite! We definitely appreciated their COVID-19 Safety practices. Social distancing was enforced and they still kept it very friendly and professional. We will definitely be returning to try more food options. Everything was truly great!

I visited the Italian oven in PTC on Sunday Dec. 20th. When I got there I was told the wait time would be 5-10 mintues which I was fine with however, it took them 30 min to seat me. The waitress was super nice and that is why this location received any stars at all. I had eating at the Italian Oven in Austell, GA and was delighted when I found this location. I ordered the Chicken Picatta you cann not go wrong with this dish, or so I thought. The manager brought me the plate and the chicken was burnt and it smelled as such. The manager walked away saying enjoy and I am sitting there stunned like I know she saw this mess. The waitress saw that I ws not eating the food and came over and asked if everything was ok. I said to her does this chicken looked burnt to you? She looked at me and said yes I will speak to the manager. When the waitress came back she offered me a 10% discount on the food. My feelings were hurt and I felt as if they did not care to even have the chef (Or lack there of) to remake the dish. I just took the food and left I was so discussed I gave if to my dog. Needless to say I will not be back to this place and I am giving them a big fat 0.

Sorry for long post but want to warn everyone to stay away from The Italian Oven in Peachtree City! My company has used Italian oven multiple times for catering. We also have gotten lunch there as individuals on several occasions over the years. After today we will no longer give this place another penny! We had a representative call and place a catering order(the same exact order we got about 5 weeks ago by the way) was told that we couldn’t order it because the sauce wouldn’t be any good. The gentleman (whom we later found out was the owner) was super rude to the representative when he was ordering. Long story short we got something totally different then we ordered, no sauce on the pasta so it was super dry. No plates, no oil for the bread, and no sauce on the side for the pasta. One of my coworkers called and asked to speak to a manager to explain what happened and bring this to there attention well this man got on the phone who said he was the owner, come to find out was the same man who was super rude to our representative that ordered. Was very unprofessional to my coworker and didn’t take any responsibility for anything and placed all the blame on our representative. My coworker was upset because of the way the OWNER of this establishment was talking to her that she asked me to get on the phone. I got on the phone and he immediately was rude to me as well, cutting me off when I would try and speak. Wasn’t empathetic what so ever. I told him I understood there were two sides of the story and I wasn’t taking sides however I felt us as paying customers should get some kind of compensation wether it’s a discount next time, or us come and pick up some sauce for the bread and pasta and he rudely said no we aren’t doing anything because the restaurant didn’t do anything wrong! So he obviously does not care about his customers or customer service. I guess this is why the restaurant stays pretty empty these days! Just wanted everyone to know to steer far away from this place because they could careless about...

We went to Italian Oven PTC as we have many times for Mother's Day dinner and many other occasions. Sadly, this time it wasn't my first choice due to a less than great experience at Christmas time. Unfortunately from the start our server was unfriendly and inattentive. Then in the middle of our dinner someone associated with the restaurant (didn't identify himself) came to our table asking if we would mind if he moved our table about 6"! I had food in my mouth, my 89 year old father and 85 year old mother had a forks full of food poised to put into their mouths! Before anyone could explain what was going on to my elderly parents, his hands were gripping the side of the table! Moments later tables were set up for a very large group directly next to us. As the group began to sit down, the unidentified restaurant employee came back again asking if we would like any to go boxes!! I said "We are still eating!" After ruining our dinner we were ignored until time to pay the bill. Our original server never returned. Upon returning our card and receipt my daughter expressed her disappointment with the experience due to the rude interruptions. His response was to make excuses and offer us a free dessert, no apology. We declined the dessert. Our dinner only totaled $90, not worth their time, courtesy or effort. We...
