Cook's Pest Control — Local services in Peachtree City

I am a resident at the Stay Lodge in Newnan, GA. The Service Tech that came to my room today was rude and unprofessional. He did not do his job correctly and failed to thoroughly spray my room. He saw that I was on the phone and thought I was distracted enough that I wouldn't notice what he did. He came in, spayed twice on the floor, rushed out of my room, slamming the door behind him. When I opened my door, I asked him if he could come back and he asked me why? I asked him, what did you do? He replied, I sprayed your entire kitchen and bathroom doorway. Even though I was on the phone, I was completely aware and observed what he actually did and what he didn't do. When I asked the Front Desk associate to inform him to come back and respray my room he said he couldn't. Now I have to wait until next week to have my room sprayed again. I have experienced a cockroach infestation since I moved in, November 2024. I am aware that it is not the Service Tech's fault that I have this issue in my room. However, I feel that it is his responsibility to treat me in a professional and courteous manner as he attempts to rid my room of cockroaches. I wanted so bad to like cooks pest control because our technician is so nice! BUT we still have had huge issues with bugs! After a few months I called and let them know we still have issues (they agreed that a tech needed to come out ASAP and fix this issue) well no one called..
