This was my first time going to liquidators USA!! It was everything I thought it was and much more and very organized. I’m a mobile bartender and I was going in looking for quite a variety of things. The staff was kind upon greeting me and helping me find the right areas to search, but then I found a gorgeous cutting board and got to meet Jay. He was informative, witty, and accommodating! He told me about the weekend specials and thanked me for coming in, and gave me a discount for my first time shopping with them and something about being thanked made my day! WARNING This store placed an item for sale on Facebook Marketplace. I told them I would purchase the item (utility cart) She gave me the address and I drove out of my way to pick it up. When I arrived, she said that SHE SOLD IT ! There were three female employees standing there and neither of them had a good explanation as to why she would do that knowing that I was on the way as agreed upon. I follow the liquidators page on Facebook. I saw something I had been online shopping for that was posted and went to buy it. The store was awesome. It was perfectly laid out with each section neat and clean, something that I know is difficult based off not knowing what product will be inside a month from now due to the nature of the business. The staff, both at the storefront and the warehouse where I had to pick up my goods, were fantastic.
