I want to say I had a great experience here. The employees at the Peachtree city Jos. A Bank went above and beyond to help me fix an issue that men’s Wearhouse created. I got an express custom suit from men’s ordered and was told it would be here before my wedding. A week before my wedding I called to check on the status of my suit and was told by the manager it had shipped and it was in its way and that it should get here Tuesday. I was also told I would get a call when it arrived. Tuesday Rolls around and still haven’t heard anything, so I call and check again. Another employee tells me it’s on its way and it’ll be here Wednesday. They also told they would call an The next day and tell me if it’s there. Fast forward to Wednesday at 6:30pm I haven’t heard and thing. So I call and the first employee tells me no it’s not here but it’s shipped. Then I asked can you please tell me exactly when it’s going to be here? I was out on hold and then the manger picked up and said he’s going through boxes right now and he will call me back with an answer. Well I call my best friend and express to him how I need to find a back up plan and how worried I am about it not being there yet. Fast forward, after we get off the phone, my best friend calls the store to get some answer and then calls corporate! (Doing all this without me knowing) He calls me and tells me then my suit hasn’t even shipped and it probably won’t be here till Friday or Saturday. Well fast forward to me and Collins (best friend) going to plan B at Jos. A. Bank. I expressed to them what my situation was they did all they could to match something to my groomsmen suits and then had it rushed to the closest store near where my wedding site was gonna be. (BTW my wedding was out of town.) they even waived my rush fee and have an additional % off. They even said if your suit comes in by some miracle, That we can cancel our rental with them and they would give our money back. The customer service there was outstanding. Read moreThis store could NOT have screwed up more!!! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy or rent a tux from them. My fiance ordered a custom tux in the middle of February for an event on March 25th and our wedding on April 9th. The tux came in 2 weeks later and the jacket and shirt were both too small and the alternations department confirmed he had been incorrectly measured!! They remeasured him and said the tux would be reordered and in store by March 23rd or 24th. We called on March 24th and they NEVER reordered the tux!!!! We go down to the store and the manager remeasured him AGAIN, and reordered the tux and said they would have it rushed so it would be in on time for the wedding. I just called the store now and the assistant manager, Hailey, who has been useless this whole time had no updates to provide me. Unsatisfied, I called the 1-800 customer service line and they told me the event date was recorded as April 14th... 5 days after our wedding!!!! The problem or should I say terrible service occured upon us returning the Tuxedo today (Sunday). The Store Manager was not there as there were 2 other guys there and an older lady. We were greeted by all three sales representatives and asked how could we be helped? I advised that we (my son & I) would like to return a tuxedo rental. The lady proceeded to jokingly ask my son if he had "folded her pants correctly (referring to the rental pants)? My son advised, I guess? I responded they are in the bag, if that's what you are asking. The lady laughed and proceeded to reprimand my son on how to fold pants "correctly" as she stated while she inspected the suit that we returned. One of the male sales representatives proceeded to give me a receipt which displayed "rental received". I politely stated, "have a good day", and my son and I quickly exited the establishment.
