Overall we’re pretty happy with the quality of the sactional. Installation was pretty intense though. Good stuff, high quality fabric. It looks upholstered now that we’re done. We love the stealthtech and overall feel of the couch. Everything was packed very well; everything was pristine upon unwrapping. We love our new couch, but there were a few issues. First, it’s a ton of packaging (unavoidable). The videos online are VERY helpful, but it seems like a great deal of work on our end considering how much we paid for the couch. There are certain things that quality control does need to address (and I found after my purchase that a lot of people make this same complaint), for example, the shoes were a nightmare! Some worked, some seemed misaligned and couldn’t possibly work! We left them off in some places and just used the clamps (no stability issues after). Also, we shouldn’t have to “search” for the wireless charging space. Why isn’t there a tiny lighting bolt or something indicating where it is?? We have tried every possible place and can’t find it. I am overall very satisfied with my purchase. Although I have to wait a few weeks for all sectionals to arrive, I absolutely love the sectionals and even found myself sleeping deeply on them. After seeing mine, one of my coworkers decided to buy an entirely new set of sectionals and chairs, and two others are considering the same after hearing about our satisfaction.

Heather has been fantastic. She reached out to ensure everything was going smoothly and responded promptly to my inquiries. Her efforts made the entire process seamless and left me fully satisfied. It was her dedication that encouraged me to buy this Lovesac, as well as my coworkers. She is friendly, knowledgeable, and kind. I likely wouldn’t have made the purchase if I hadn’t met her, especially since my first encounter with customer service wasn't great.

Morgan and the Associates at Lovesac Peachtree City, were welcoming, knowledgeable and not pressuring. This is a big purchase and we wanted to make sure to sit-in and touch the actual pieces before deciding what we wanted. Because of the showroom, we made different choices than we would have if ordering online. If we had only ordered online, we may have been slightly disappointed in the product. The sectionals are easy to put together, but be prepared to spend a few hours unboxing and assembling the covers. Two people make this process much faster!

We are happy with our purchase and thrilled to have a large seating area in a room that is impossible to move large furniture into! Sactionals make this possible and each piece fits together very snug and feels...
