I completely understand why this lovely clothing store has a 4.5+ rating. The staff here are so informative and kind! Check out was fast. Easy sign up at the register. The petite sizes are so much appreciated. My intentions were to only purchase a dress, BUT THE WHOLE STORE was on sale today! Me and my aunt had a ball!! My favorite store to buy clothes. There are always things on sale although they do not carry all the styles in petit size. I have been a regular customer for over 5 years and have never had a problem. Recently, I noticed that they greet and ask if you are doing all right sooo many times that it becomes annoying 🫢. I went to Loft last weekend, and I must say Deja, Kizzy, and Kelly were absolutely AMAZING!!! We stopped in kind of late, and they were so attentive, kind, and welcoming!! I tried on at least 10 items and even tried things on more than once and they continued to be kind and accommodating! It’s not often you get great service like that, so I was pleasantly surprised.
