Every now and then, if youāre lucky, you come across a place you need in your life that you never knew existed. As such, allow me to introduce you to Beignets & Brew in Peachtree City. This location sits in the corner of the plaza which allows for ample parking and easy access.
I discovered Beignets & Brew after dining at Tedās Montana Grill which is right next door. The name alone caused me to look up the business and as soon as I did, I knew I needed some Beignets & Brew in my life.
Walking up, the glass front allows you to gain a feel for the ambiance before you even get inside. Beignets & Brew presents clean lines, fun color additives, and a straightforward menu. The staff was super friendly upon our entrance and welcomed us to Beignets & Brew with all smiles.
Though the menu is straightforward, I had the hardest time deciding between the Seasonal Strawberry Beignets or the Cinna-Swirl.
As I took a moment to decide, my senses were overtaken by the thoughts of a spring day on the patio with friends. Lol! Beignets & Brew offers an all glass covered seating area which puts you in the mindset of outdoor seating but in comfort as itās enclosed and has air.
Back to my orderā¦
Cinna-Swirl me please. I placed my order, decided not to do a dipping sauce as they come glazed then had a seat as I awaited my order.
Iām glad I arrived when I did because within minutes, the line was out the door. Wow! I clearly stumbled upon a hidden gem.
After a few minutes of waiting, the young lady said āDiamondā which meant my order was hot and readyyyyyy. I raised my hand and she presented me with my box of freshly made Cinna-Swirl beignets.
Now⦠pay attention.
The smell alone puts you in a trance. Iām talking fresh dough, sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla glaze all come together to take over your sense of smell which then heightens your taste buds, stomach, and mind. Oh yeah baby!!!!!
I took one bite and was stuck. Iām talking donāt talk to me, donāt touch me, donāt bother me stuck. Iām talking leave me alone to enjoy my moment kind of stuck.
Toasty on the outside. Soft on the inside. Perfectly sweet. Perfectly cinnamonād. Perfectly glazed. Perfectly made.
These pillows of joy and happiness filled sweetness deserve an award. The curation of flavor presented by Beignets & Brew captures your taste buds and forces you to chew slow as you can savor the experience.
As Strawberry is Seasonal, I have to hurry up and go back to try them. šššš
If youāre in the area or up for a drive and want to satisfy your sweet tooth, itās without doubt that you have to give Beignets & Brew a try (or two, or three).
See you again soon Beignets...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI want to make this completely transparent in that it's a decent business that means well however this place very well may be a passing money grab that is trying to make Peachtree city a casualty of outsiders seeing a potential market to sieve money from quickly and leave as soon as the well dries up when they ultimately fail. It's very obvious to me that's what this is. The beignets are that, something of a novelty that we don't have around here, but the actual operations of having such a business aren't really fine tuned. There's nothing truly spectacular about it. They've invested in the decor (if Michael's quick fixes are your thing) but there's no real cohesiveness to the actual place. I felt like there was going to be Abita on draft and something that set it apart from its next door neighbor but I was wrong. There's a tiny cooler if you want to grab a few random ciders that really don't make sense to the whole vibe they're trying to set. It's disjointed to say the least. The consistency of every drink is based upon whichever "barista" they've randomly hired in the moment and frankly it's not worth the wait. The whole system was down recently with no real resolve. The leadership is weak and it seems they really focused on flash banging a huge flagship storefront without any support whatsoever. I have serious concerns about this place making it's name here in PTC as I've never so much found out who the owner is. Reaching out for catering and opportunities has proven fruitless. To me, its another failed throwaway quick money grab that will be a past memory in the months to come. Especially with the nightmare traffic and even worse parking lot. Maybe it would be best to have this place at the night market or farmers market as a food truck or stall but to fill such big shoes in a spot like the avenue is proving difficult for this place. Focus less on the cheesy Instagram interior and more on the needs of the customers you're serving by being transparent with who is at the helm and providing a point of contact for concerns and business opportunities and then maybe you can avoid the fate of its predecessor that succumbed to a similar situation. It feels like a quick grift that lacks community and for that I'm...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI love this taste of home. The coffee drink was a little weak, but the bigness are usually hot and good, plus you can earn nice reward points
7/13/25 update. So, unfortunately, as with some businesses as they grow. My experience at my most recent visit was less than stellar. We forgot to tell them to use almond milk (we cannot drink whole milk) so the gentleman said he would remake them for us. The young lady working there came and made the drinks instead...she did not make them fresh but used the same grounds...so of course we had Very weak drinks that tasted like gross water. Also, as I ordered (she took my order) I asked if she wanted my phone number (that's how they look up your rewards) she said she would get it at the end. My question to her (at the end) was, How do you know if I have rewards to use if you don't look me up at the beginning of the order? She said that we could totally use the points if we wanted. The staff was very courteous, that is not an issue. It's just that when I go home and look at my transaction, I realize that I did not get anything of value for my money. The drinks are still on my counter ($6-7 each), and I am without a good drink (even satisfactory would have sufficed). I refused to ask for another drink, so my words as I walked out were, "I now remember why I stopped ordering drinks here." So, as I like to bring solutions with my complaints. It would benefit Beignets & Brew to 1 - Ask each customer what type of milk and any other additions they would like in their drinks at the time of ordering. 2 - Always, Always, Always, provide quality food and drinks. Not watered down because someone does not want to make drinks all over again. 3 - The Beignet boxes should Not be covered with oily fingerprints and powered sugar when you give it to the customer. I want to eat it, not wear it. I had to ask for a bag for that reason.
I feel like I was punished for asking them to remake the drinks, I am out of $15(for the drinks), the total bill was more, And what I was given is not worth consumption. There are too many options out here to alienate customers in this manner. I hope this helps things improve because I want this place to be a favorite of mine... I will try again in a...
