Highly disappointed in these workers. I’ve been bringing my children to this particular location for many, many years to pick out their ornaments and a few gifts. Today is the last day I will ever step foot in this place. Rude, unwelcoming staff who hawk you like you’re looking to steal something. One of which thought it was a good idea to put her hand on my 3 year old for touching something. Extremely uncalled for & it took everything I had within me to keep my composure. You have lost a very loyal customer and I will be happy driving to Atlanta for our annual tradition from now on. I will say SUSAN behind the register was kind and felt our frustration. My husband, two kids and I drove over an hour to buy our Christmas ornaments as we have done for the last several years. I was informed that we were not allowed to shop any 'October ornaments' because we are not in the keepsake club, which costs $50+. We would have to come back tomorrow to buy our ornaments. She was also very sparky about it. We spend over $200.00 every single year on ornaments at this store. Great place, nice people, glad they are local. Called before and explained that wife and I had purchased same gift for our children, so several items were duplicated. Was told over the phone that I couldn’t get a refund but since we did a lot of business that I could do an exchange. That was a few weeks ago, went in today and was told since it is no longer Christmas they would not exchange or do anything, even though store is still packed with Holiday items. Very sad.
