This is a great yoga studio. I'm here in Peachtree city for a month and I'm so glad I found it. The class times work great for my schedule. The studio is always clean and welcoming. I've done both the heated and non-heated classes and both are great. All of the instructors are extremely knowledgeable and apply hands on corrections as needed. That helps tremendously with my practice. They allow free mat rentals-an unheard of courtesy at other studios. Most charge around $3. In addition to the classes, there are a variety of interesting workshops/activities offered, with some being free or at a discount for members. I love this place! My first time I was given the tour of the place. They have complementary cold water and courtesy towels! The place its clean and the class was awesome! It challenged me and the instructor corrected my positions every so often wicht I love. I'm not very flexible so I was given alternatives that was refreshing. At the end of the class we had a little meditation session! The instructor came around with cold towels with lavender oil that were placed on top of our eyes, very soothing and relaxing after such a great work out. I’m so sorry I didn’t join this studio earlier!!! It is has only been a month of membership for me and I generally have been attending around 5 days a week. I have tried to sample all the different classes and teachers. I can confidently say that the studio is well managed in every way. Especially considering all the current limitations. The instructors are all extremely caring and well prepared for every class I’ve attended. They make your presence feel valued and respect your space and time.
