The Brighton store at the Forum handled a return on a defective hinged bracelet which was returned to the manufacture, but rejected any repair or replacement. The bracelet was in good condition, except the spring inside the hing broke from normal use, meeting the warranty statement on line. Brighton is a moderate priced costume retailer masquerading as a real jewelry store. It doesn't stand behind its store products and made no attempt to repair as they still sell other bracelets with the hinged design. I will never shop there again, or recommend Brighton to anyone.
