Cinnaholic — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I want to give a 1 star because of the rude and disrespectful customer service I received today, but the food was very good so I will be fair. I have never been treated so rudely anywhere as I was today. They seemed like they were trying to upset me deliberately. There were 4 girls, and I was forced to wait because what I wanted they said I had to wait 9 minutes so I said I couldn’t wait(I was very nice) so I said I will just take a cinnamon roll. I paid and after waiting 3 minutes I asked where it was and she said oh you still have 5 more minutes..I said but I told you I couldn’t wait on the cinnamon sticks why would I wait on a cinnamon roll? She argued with me very rudely never said I am so sorry for the misunderstanding, looked at me very angry and continued to say she told me I had to wait on it when I paid but she wasn’t even the girl that rang my order ..Ugh… I am still shocked at the horrible way I was treated. Perhaps it was a misunderstanding on my part but the rude aggressive behavior from the girl that did not even wait on me is unacceptable…I am still in...

I went in this evening and ordered two things almost immediately after walking in as there was no line in front of me, but plenty of folks still waiting for their orders. A large group of people along with other guests came in after me and almost all of those people got their orders before me. I went to the counter and asked if they forgot my order, and one of the girls politely told me "some items take longer than others due to the toppings". I get that, but these people ordered the same thing I did yet they still got theirs before me.

I was then accidentally given 3 items in my bag when I only ordered two so I asked if it was actually my order or if I accidentally ordered 3 things. I did order only two things, but even with the poor service, they chose to take the 3rd item out of the bag instead of trying to delight the customer for having to wait for 7 other people to be served before they even acknowledged me. They need some customer...

I really wanted to love this place. Unfortunately, it was an all around disappointing experience. I came in just before 6p on my way home with dinner in the car and ordered two cinnamon rolls after looking over the menu. It wasn’t until after I ordered (and tipped!) that I was told it would be a 13 minute wait because they didn’t actually have any to serve (had to make them). That would have been nice to know before I placed my order (because I wouldn’t have ordered). When I finally got home with my cinnamon rolls (and cold dinner), they looked unappetizing since the icing was put on while they were piping hot (and one had a nice greasy receipt as a topping). I gave the fruit one a taste and it was just “okay” — definitely not worth the $15 I paid for the two rolls plus tip. It was my first time here, and unfortunately it will be my last. I’m glad others have had better experiences here than I did. Perhaps it’ll be okay...
