Went by this store location after dinner because I am desperately in need of new bras. I have worn the same soma bras for years so I knew exactly what I wanted. The person working there was so rude that I purposely left empty handed. If they are wondering why they are not doing well at this location, it is because of employees like this. The second we walked in the door we were greeted by telling us “just so you know we close at 7” and I was like “oh, what time is it?.” It was 6:50. Plenty of time to grab what I needed, but instantly felt like she was trying to push us out. She asked what I was looking for, and I pointed at the bra I have always worn. She rushed over and asked my size and quickly tried to find it for me. I hesitated to tell her my size because she was being so pushy. It was like she was trying to find it for me to make it faster and get me out the door faster so I told her that I was fine looking through the drawer on my own. After she left us alone, I put my bra I had found down and left. I expect way better service and not to be rushed when looking / buying a 50 dollar bra. I watched her tell two other customers that came in that they were about to close the second they walked in the door too, rushing everyone out. My sister and I didn’t even think she worked there until she told us they were closing because she was standing there talking on the phone when we first came in, not working. I will order my bras online and not visit this location again even though it is 5 minutes...

She doesn't want new employees to succeed and will attempt to withhold information or discourage them from researching information on their own. They are always late opening the store, and discuss the DM, and other employees behind their back. The manager also doesn't practice social distancing and would prefer her employees come in sick than to save lives. The store has a high turnover rate because of lack of professionalism. Website stated that an item was available at a local store. When I arrived, that was not the case. Was told that if I place an online order and paid an extra $25 for rush shipping, I would receive the item by the 25th... The order was placed that very moment, and now the shipping status indicates the arrival as 26th.
Be warned, you may not be getting what you paid for.
