It was my first time shopping at any WHBM. When I walked in, I was greeted and then ignored . There were several women shoppers that came in the store after me.I was the only African American in the store at the time. I heard the sales agent ask at least 3 women if they needed help after I had already been in the store at least 12 to15m

I finally got some attention when I started picking out some pieces. I'm not sure if they thought I would run out the door with them, but they took them back to a dressing room very quickly for me. If I did not have my event that evening, I would have left. The only good thing that happened for me was a discount for being new to the store and signing in. I also ended up going to the Webb Gin location for a smaller size in the pants.

I spent $179.00.. for the pants and blouse.

I don't think I will go back to...

Absolutely wonderful experience at this store - parking is easy (and free), the store is centrally located, and there are dozens of other stores all around it for a great day of shopping. The staff were incredibly helpful - they saw my body type and knew exactly what sizes and styles to pull for me to try, and everything looked and felt amazing. They weren't pushy at all, just purely helpful. I cannot wait to have another occasion that gives me an excuse to go back and shop...

The customer service is of the highest level at this location. I look forward to coming to this location every time. I live 15 miles away and while East Cobb location closer to me, I choose to drive to the Forum location just because of their customer service.
