BLUF/TLDR: Long wait. One customer per employee in store at the time. No organized system for pick-ups/returns like Lenox or Douglasville Pandora. Understaffed, overworked employees who are clearly flustered which causes rushed laziness.. UPDATE: 17hrs after this review and complaining to corporate, my order was canceled.. đ We ordered a charm for pick up on 12/26. Waited the required 6-8hours for the confirmation email. Never received it. We've called and left voicemails. Absolutely terrible. When I finally got in to the store on 12/27, the woman who "helped" me didn't even want to take my confirmation number to check on the order since I was already there and buying something else. She just claimed "we don't have it. we don't have it." Visited the store on 12/27. Waited in line outside for 2.5 hours. They had one employee working at the time of my visit. One employee during such a busy time. The second employee was gone for more than an hour and came back with food while there was a line of customers waiting. One customer was allowed in the store per employee at a time which only made the wait longer. The policy should be updated. Even requiring a limited number, masks and sanitized hands inside would be better. I understand the staffing issue. But this employee was clearly flustered. I wanted to exchange my new bracelet for the next size up. She argued that my current was the correct size. When I tried the "next size up" it was way to big. When the second employee returned the first asked for her opinion. She said yes, one size up. We went back to try on the same "next size up" only for her to THEN measure it and notice it was actually 3 sizes up. They didn't have the next size up in stock. This came off as lazy and rushed. Also, have a separate section for returns and pickups. Why do I need to wait 2 hours to return something?!?! The other Pandoras have this system and it works. We ordered a charm for pick up. Waiting the required 6-8hours for the confirmation email. Never received it. We've called and left voicemails....

This was my birthday visit to a second Pandora store of the day! The first store was phenomenal. Thank you @Mall of Georgia. But Iâd ordered another charm that wasnât available at the Mall of Georgia, but the Peachtree Corners, GA location had it. So hereâs my horrible experience.
I visited the Peachtree Cornerâs location. Upon entering things were fine. A âfriendâ of the ladies from Bath and Body Works entered. The ladies then became extremely loud and unprofessional. After a little bit, I felt like I was competing and struggling to hear the sales person that was helping me. I asked the ladies if they could lower their volume because they were screaming. One of the workers said, âexcuse me?â So I repeated my request. At that point, the other worker who I would later learn was the assistant manager, began to make addition loud noises. She The slammed closed cases and doors around me in the store, loudly and intentionally. She was rude and making comments. I was so hurt. I was there picking up a birthday present and subsequently spent time and money purchasing additional items. My sales person Nicole stayed professional. She was and is the only reason I have not returned the items. I am so sad, but also disappointed about my treatment.
My salesperson was super. She asked if I wanted to wear my bracelet out. And Monica who by this time is working with another customer yells across the store, across her customers and over me, âtell her that if she wears it out out the store, she canât return it.â Now once again⌠this is my first visit to this store. I then said to Nicole, my salesperson, please remove the bracelet and box it. Then inform Maria that it has been boxed. She said oh she heard you. I said no, letâs inform Monica-so sheâs aware.
Sadly, if Monica treated me that way, she has treated others that way and will again. I will not support that store again. Iâve been a Pandora collector for more than 10 years and I have never seen...
Read moreI donât know who the young tall/thin African American lady is at this store, but her attitude is literally the reason I will never visit another Pandora. As a customer facing employee, you become the face of the brand, and Iâd suggest that Pandora re-evaluate her position because she honestly doesnât have the people skills to do this job. And sheâs definitely going to cause reputational harm to the brand down the line if she treats other customers the way she treated me.
I loved a pair of Pandora earrings that I purchased a year ago so much that I reordered another pair online for store pickup - only because they were out at the Pandora near my house. This store location is 30 mins away - an inconvenience with Atlanta traffic during the holidays - but I wanted them. I get home and realize they gave me 2 âleftâ pair essentially. I go back out of the way 2 days later - to initially replace them. I get there and this ladyâs attitude was very nasty and unwelcoming, to the point where I changed my mind about even keeping the jewelry. I didnât want her energy on them. So then she asks âDID YOU WEAR THEM?!!!!â I reply âNo.â Then she actually scolds me and tells me how they donât take jewelry back during Covid but sheâll make an exception just this once. I get it, but her delivery was still sooooo loud and condescending. I couldnât even really look her in the face because her energy was so bad, I just wanted to run out of there. I mean honestly, Iâve been shopping Pandora for YEARS and Iâm just speechless. Either way, to the unpleasant young lady, youâre too beautiful to have be so abrasive and mean. People are dealing with enough behind closed doors to deal with nasty attitudes when they just want to do something nice for themselves. Be kind. Itâll make the world a...
