I happened to be walking around the Forum late this morning and came across Millie's. I did a quick glance at their menu from their website, where I saw today was their grand opening. I went in and was immediately greeted by a nice gentleman (who I learned later was the CEO). I was seated at the bar, since I had only planned to get a cocktail. I was immediately greeted by the head bartender (I'm sorry I didn't catch her name) and the bartender Kelli. These two were so kind. I heard them discussing the Espresso Colada, and I chose to try that. OMG, totally worth it!! So delicious. 10/10. These bartenders were so positive and working well together to figure out what made sense behind the bar. We had some great conversation. I also tried the Aperol Spritz. That was also 10/10. It wasn't too bitter or too sweet. I thought it was well balanced. I decided to try their bruschetta appetizer with the prosciutto add on. There was a little mix up, but Kelli and the other bartender got it corrected quickly. Great flavor, fresh. You can tell the chef and the kitchen staff care about what they are serving. The decor is tasteful. Not overwhelming to look at. Small, but spacious. I can't wait to come back again with some of my friends and try more of their menu. FYI they are a cashless restaurant.

Biggest rip off if you are gluten free. They charge $5 extra for a tiny little pizza barely bigger than a hand and about the thickness of a cracker. The tiny pizza pictured was $26! For a better gluten free pizza and more reasonable price go across the street to Fire and Stone. Gluten free foods have come a long way and would love for them to explore better gluten free options. The salad was really good, drink really good as well. Cute place and nice staff. Really disappointed the pizza fell way short. Edit to respond to business- while I appreciate the offer to refund the up-charge, the menu clearly stated that gluten free pizzas are 10” and I’m sure they would not have been printed this way if you were given the wrong product due to availability. Please just try to do better for the gluten free community, we are tired of paying extra money for much less pizza.

The service here is impeccable! I've been here two times and each time our waiters were attentive and precise. We ordered the veggie and pepperoni pizza and it was perfect! The crust was soft and the marinara was VERY well seasoned. We also ordered the Bruschetta (which they should give more bread and season the tomatoes a little more), the pesto chicken sandwich and the lasagna. All were GREAT! I nearly sent the Lasagna back because it was soupy and not what I'm used to (and I've traveled all over Italy, check my reviews), but I tried it and it was surprisingly good! The Aperol spritz was amazing and the espresso colada was... okay. Side Note to the owner: Not sure if you have a physical kids menu... but it would serve to make one. Both times i've been to your establishment.. I never got a kids menu and had to share my meal.

This was my first and last experience at Millie's Pizzeria at the Forum in Peachtree Corners. So, I decided to treat myself and I was truly excited. However, when I arrived, there were several employees sitting at the main table and just kind of looked at me. Then, the one associate that did decide to help me, she was not aware if a pizza could have extra cheese or what certain menu items were, which is a little strange, but that's okay. She could just be brand new. So, she told me it would take about 10 to 15 minutes for my pizza. I went literally to the next door and I returned in 8 minutes. I sat literally in front of the same group of employees that were there when I first placed my order. So, I'm sitting there for another15 or 20 minutes and there's a couple who walks in after me who I noticed is about to get their pizza. So, I asked the hostess who took my order, hey, can you check and see where my pizza is? She didn't remember my name even though I was probably their second customer of the day because it was literally empty. My pizza had been sitting in some sort of warmer thing and I asked her, Why didn't anyone say that my order is ready? I've been sitting here the whole time. How long has my pizza been there? Nobody wants cold pizza. So, that was a little weird. And none of the employees apologized. I arrived home, the pizza did not have extra cheese, the sauce had no flavor, and they didn't include napkins or Parmesan packets. It was not worth the $30, that I spent on one small/medium sized pizza. I...

Listing this as a 5-star review because we do not wish for this restaurant to start out with such negative reviews. However, our experience during their opening weekend was not worth 5 stars. Let’s start with the positives: the restaurant is decorated beautifully and the atmosphere was wonderful! Pizza and lasagna were very tasty. They definitely still have some issues to work out. It felt as if the restaurant wasn’t truly ready to open. They didn’t have any of the pasta offerings available, the server was not fully trained or familiar with the menu, and the kitchen struggled with timing. The server brought out drinks for our table one-by-one and took our orders individually without waiting for the rest of the table to order. By this, I mean she took one order then relayed it to the bar, then came back to take one more order and relay it to the bar, and so on. The kitchen forgot one of our entrees, but they were generous enough to bring the forgotten entree and take it off the bill. I truly believe this restaurant can and will do well! They just seem like they aren’t quite ready to be open yet. Staff needs further training and time to understand the complexities of a smooth running restaurant. Overall, we will definitely be back to enjoy this new restaurant once they find...
