American Deli — Restaurant in Peachtree Corners

I stumbled upon this little gem ISO Fried Rice! I hate that I went here because I have discovered the BEST Fried Rice hands DOWN! This Fried Rice isn’t ya peas and carrots portion controlled protein Fried Rice! 😁 there’s fresh veggies like broccoli cooked just right mushrooms onions corn peas carrots YUM! And the protein is in every bite 🙊😛 and it’s a meal itself but of course I’ve had the Chicken Philly which is delicious could be sliiightly less cheese sólo para mi! Or a little more meat for the cheese and the wings are flavorful too! However the true test comes to the way the food reheats the next day or two and it is AMAZING! I’m not a microwave user I’m on top of the stove or oven person and the food is just as delicious as the day you bought it! The staff from the cashier girl to the cooks are so pleasant and warming! I have 3 American Deli’s of my choosing near my home I’d rather take the little extra drive to this...

This is under new management for 2 weeks. We tried it 2 weeks ago wasn't happy. Tried it today again was not happy. I called the establishment spoke with the manager. I explained to him this was a terrible meal. He said nothing. I gather he didn't understand he transferred red the call to a worker. I told her the order was not what we ordered. She insisted it was I explained to her soft does not mean uncooked. I told her I wasn't going to write a bad review. Give them an opportunity to fix this horrendous meal. She had the audacity to say is that it. I said oh yes that is it. Not only does the food sucks so is the customer service don't go there the food is not quality. I miss Huan the former owner. They deserve no stars but you can't post with out 1 star. Don't try them don't waste your money and insult...

This american deli i have some good and some bad, but my last straw is making me late to work when i called ahead. First off, when i called it seemed like the female on the phone was rushing me to get off and sounded like she had an attitude. I called at 3:30 placing an order and was told it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Pulled up at 3:32 and they didn’t even start making it yet. She went to let the cook know saying “Don’t be mad, it’s just one order” which i assume was a joke, but regardless being in the food industry you either make the food or don’t in my opinion. I then waited at least 10 minutes till it was ready with no apology for taking longer than it was expected or anything to try and play it off. I can make a couple minute longer drive to the next one where people seem to actually care...
