If you are a father that wants to dress shop with your daughter you may want to choose a different store! I help my daughter dress shop every year and she loves for me to be involved. We were greeted as we walked in the door and was ask about price range and color she wanted. As we walked to the rack to look at dresses I was ask to please go back to the front of the store because there are dressing rooms everywhere in the main area of the store. My wife could shop with her but not me. So how is a dad supposed to shop with his daughter at this store? The girl went through the rack and picked the dresses she thought my daughter would like. I'll never spend over 500 on a dress without even being able to look on the rack at all they have to offer. It also makes no sense to make me stay by the front door! Because If you see the lay out of the store you can still see every dressing room! It's one big room. Trust me when I say this is not a dad friendly store. I went to the truck and my wife let her try on a few but she couldn't get over me being ask to stay by the front door and wouldn't buy anything from them. Sad because we dealt with a lady last year that let me be very involved and we paid good money for dresses in the past there. Never again!! I was made to feel like a creepy guy just for walking into a store to shop with my daughter! She made me feel SO beautiful in every single dress, let me try on as many dresses (as many times) as I wanted. I hated dress shopping until coming here, and I have never felt so happy in a dress. I have a problem with my body in dresses, and she reassured me multiple times that she would find me a dress I felt comfortable in. She has a true passion for this. My granddaughter and I visited Southern Glitz today in hopes of finding the perfect dress for homecoming. The customer service was unmatched, especially compared to the many other stores we visited this week.

The staff was kind, patient, and truly helpful. We found a beautiful dress at a reasonable price, and my granddaughter left with a big smile on her face.
