C Spire — Local services in Pearl

I went today to get some help resetting my phone. The woman told me that I needed a tech guy to help and they didn’t have one in the store. She didn’t bother looking at my phone to even see what the problem was. She told me where I could find a tech and I asked twice could she call that store to make sure someone was there before I drove out of the way. She said they couldn’t do that and that “someone was always there”. I only had an hour break so I didn’t have time to go back and forth in an argument. I got the Brandon location and take a guess at whose day off it was. I drove all the way out there only to know that their tech wasn’t there either. The young man at the Brandon location was nice enough to at least look at my phone and see what was wrong. He hit a couple of buttons and it worked!
