We went to this Ruby Tuesday location tonight and it was a horrible experience. We got seated as usual and then everything went to hell. Our waitress took forever to just get to our table to see what we wanted to eat (more on the waitress later) and by the time she got to our table we were reluctant to order but did so anyways because we were hungry and had already been seated. After we had ordered it got even worse. We eventually got our ONE appetizer of cheddar and garlic biscuits after waiting for 20 MINUTES. Those were good at the most. After we got our one appetizer we then had to wait an HOUR, yes you read that right, an HOUR, to get our meals (there were three of us). We had ordered two full rack of ribs with four sides of French Fries (two for each meal) and a cheeseburger with cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise only with two side orders of French Fries. We eventually got our two full rack of ribs with the four sides of fries. The ribs were good but cold in certain spots and the fries were stale and I asked for ketchup from the waitress but I never received it. Eventually the cheeseburger came 20 MINUTES after we had received the ribs and it turned out to be completely WRONG. It had everything on it, not just cheese, ketchup, and mayonnaise only as we had ordered. We told the waitress the problem and she replied "really?" as if we didn't tell her clearly enough when we had ordered the first time. Eventually more time passed and the two full racks of ribs and four side orders of French Fries were gone and the one person in our party who did not receive their cheeseburger was so upset that they decided to tell the waitress we just wanted the check and how frustrated we all were by the ridiculous waiting time and absurd service. The waitress apologized and told us that it was her first day working there and that they were having problems with their cooks all day. Eventually a manager came over and sincerely apologized for the service and waiting times we had to endure and removed the cheeseburger that we never received and one of the full rack of ribs with its two side orders of French Fries off of our check and said similarly to the waitress that they had been having problems with the cooks all day. We paid for the one full rack of ribs and it's two sides and left frustrated, angry, and upset. I don't blame the waitress as it was her first day working and she couldn't know how to do everything, nor do I blame the manager because she tried to make our situation better in the end BUT I do blame the absolutely horrible cook who took forever to get our food cooked and who messed up on the cheeseburger we had ordered. My husband and I visited on a Friday night bc we were kids free and I had never eaten there before, the food was good but the waitress did not greet us, she just stood over us after walking by our table several times without saying a word, other customers came in and we were completely forgotten about, I had to practically beg for a refill but never got it, I had to get up and walk to the register to get my ticket after waiting for it forever, I then returned a few months later with friends that surprised me for my bday and took me out, and the service was about the same and bc we had 10 people the waiter came and had an attitude from the beginning, then as he asked "what yall want to eat" he took 3 of our orders and walked away as the 4th person started ordering and 10 min later a waitress came over and said she would be helping us we asked was the guy ok and did he have an emergency , and she said no, he ok. He just doesn't like groups, I thought that was rude bc I am sure he knew that prior to coming to our table. I vowed never to return after that terrible birthday experience in November 2017, however my friend invited me to her birthday dinner and I decided to go supoort/celebrate with her and the experience was even worse. I had a little hope of the service being a little better being that it was barely any customers, and it was a Wednesday night. Were passing though town and stopped for the night. We ordered food for 4 adults and a child at theRuby Tuesday website and Ruby Tuesday had it delivered by Door Dash. Our order was delivered and there were missing items. I called the store per the direction in the email reciept recieved. The night manager was clueless as to how to handle the situation. He asked me to order something else so they could add the missing items onto that order and insinuated that it was my responsibility since it was delivered by Door Dash. I advised him that it was their responsibility to get my order to me and that I would not do that. They did take my number and say a manager would call me tomorrow after I insisted. This however does not change the fact that part of my group did not get their meal. I posted a complaint on the Ruby Tuesday website, and recieved a call from the store manager within minutes. However she did not follow through on her promise to provide a refund for the missing items from my order. I followed up with her a couple of week later and she has not responded. This is a very poor way to conduct business. Do not order online from this restaurant chain.
Reply to Owner: I will not be sending an email per your reply request. I followed up with the store manage a month ago and she ignored my text until I posted this review. I have also attempted to send email, but recieved bounce back emails. It seems that Ruby Tueday only cares to make things right with the customer if they recieve bad publicity. That is no way to run a business. You should be assamed. I will not only avoide this location on future trip but all locations in general due to you poor ethics...
