If you have an ear piece and are carrying on a personal conversation when a customer comes in, hang up. Don't continue the conversation. Not sure if the man I dealt with is the owner, but if you are you need to learn how to properly interact with your customers. Read moreElias, a staff member at this location, is one genuine, generous individual with a smile that will brighten even the gloomiest of your moods. Give him 5 minutes of your time if he asks, and even if he doesn't, ask him for 5 minutes of his time.
