On September 6th, 2025, after leaving the kids’ football game, my family and I stopped at this location in Pearland. When we arrived, we were warmly greeted by an outstanding employee named Jessica. She seated us, took our order, and handled everything from start to finish.
What really stood out—and left us disappointed—was that Jessica was left to do everything completely on her own. None of the other employees stepped in to help her, whether it was bringing drinks, assisting with orders, or supporting her in any way. Despite her challenges, which I won’t go into detail about out of respect for her, Jessica carried the full weight of our service by herself.
As an African-American family, it felt as though we were being ignored, and Jessica was left without the support she clearly deserved. It was disheartening to witness, and it raised serious concerns about the culture at this location. Racism and neglect should have no place in any business.
That said, Jessica went above and beyond. She was our bartender, our waitress, and our host—all in one. Her professionalism, kindness, and effort turned what could have been a negative experience into one we appreciated. Read moreJust left this establishment, such horrible service! I placed an order at the counter and was told by the young lady who took my order it would be ready at 6:32. I patiently waited in my car. Walked back into the establishment exactly at 6:32, after waiting at the counter for five minutes then I'm told my order has been misplaced. I would have wait 20 minutes to make my order again. I requested to speak with the manager at which time he declined stating he was busy cutting pizza. I then requested a refund at which time I was told I could receive a credit for my next visit. I declined the offer I just wanted my refund and again I was told I would have to wait 20 minutes once the manager has time. As you can imagine I'm livid at this point. I raised my voice and repeated myself again to state I want my refund. As I'm waiting other customers are walking right up to the counter receiving their order with no problem. My 5 year old is pulling on my shirt asking is the pizza ready. I never received an apology for the problems with my order and the manager never showed face to try an offer an alternative. No greeting or manners, we were led to the back and given menus and the lady disappeared again.
place was empty, maybe 3 tables used, o vibe or atmosphere. no hames just a few pool tables, after a 10 min wait i had to go find the staff again and asked why there weee no prices on the menu, and she said there are, you need to use the qr code . to which i replied that would have been nice to know before you left our table. her response “well it’s market clearly on the front page”. it is not its a small qr code bottom left and small writing… she was extremely rude and argued with me.
