My family and i are regulars at this place. It started off to where we liked it and all was well. They have changed ownership and its a hard hit and miss. Lately its been more of a miss for us. We are usually very easy going customers. Shes waited tables and im Executive Chef for a hotel. So, we are very forgiving. Today we went and they were out of tofu. We asked the waiter if my daughters kids plate could have veggies sauteed into them. He said "yes, ill put it in the system and send it back". When they delivered our food the kids plate had no veggies. I explained to the other waiter how we ordered it. They fixed it by just adding steamed veggies underneath her noodle. A TOTAL LAZY fix. It takes seconds to sauteed the veggies and add her noodles.
I ordered lemonade (was good). I asked the 2nd waiter for a refill and he said no refills. I was on my second. He took my glass and refilled me with 95% ice and lemonade. Feels like he grabbed the glass and scooped it into the ice bin (cross-contamination).
Will not be going back. Which is a bummer cause we like the food but service for us is key as well.
2 stars cause the food wasnt horrible. The stock is good. Wish the peanut sauce wasnt so thinned out and clear. Thats a personal ...

I’m trying to understand why a simple request is so difficult.
Moved to the area a few months back. My 2nd time at this place in less than a week. The food is pretty good that’s why I came back. 🙂 The 1st time I ordered I had asked for extra noodles, expecting to pay extra of course. It was the perfect amount of noodles. Hit the spot.
Today, I come and ask for the same dish as last time, (with extra noodles) and ordered fried rice this time too. The staff came back and said…. It was not permitted for me to get extra noodles. 🥺 I offered to pay more for the vermicelli noodles. No! Can’t be done! 🫤
The owner said if I wanted more noodles I’d have to pay for a whole another dish ($15.00) and use those noodles. So I’m thinking….wouldn’t that leave a noodle-less dish on the 2nd order? How do I get ahead on the noodles game? 🤔 😵💫
All I could understand is that there was not a button for the extra noodles to charge me. 😐 I didn’t ask, but I wondered why I couldn’t be charged for a coke in the place of the noodles. 🤔 Oh well. Not my restaurant, not my rules.
It was a hot, hot day. She was obviously hot from the kitchen. 🥵 But all is well.
The food is good. Just don’t ask for additions...
Read moreSo, Hubby and I decide to go out for dinner. We had eaten at this restaurant before and had enjoyed the look and the food. He decides to take a trip back here. The initial visit, we were in a restaurant with many of the tables full. However, the return trip, we find an empty restaurant. We walk in, there are 2 guys having a conversation when they could clearly see that they were about to have customers but hadn't walked to the front. They were laughing and talking and didn't seem to want to be interrupted. When they finish, one takes menus from the back of the restaurant and drops them on the closest table to where they were, points to the table and says, "HERE." Still not greeted, we walk to the table and sit. The two of them go back to their conversation. After waiting for several minutes and still not being spoken to while they continue their conversation, we decide to leave. We stand up which got their attention but still neither said a thing. Being that they were empty, I would think that any customer walking in would be gratefully served but not here. They seemed more content with having an empty dining room. If it was up to me, it would...
