JJVapes — Local services in Pekin

2nd Review had to give it a 1 star.. This place was awesome when I started going there 3 years ago, but the Last 10-12 months there customer Service has become horrible in Pekin, I don't know about Peoria as the one time I went there I dealt with the same person from Pekin his name is Ian and still Horrible customer Service from him and he scratched up my pink mod! I bought a New Mod working with another worker and it was going Great, but before that great employee could take it out the box to show me how to use it or what all it does, Ian jumped in grabbed it and took over and didn't show me anything, he handed it of and my juice to another person to set it up, when I asked a couple questions he said oh it's basically like your other mod?!?!?! So I was going to make a Big Order over the Internet, but didn't know what coil , I needed to buy this time ( I only bought this mod because it has Temp control even mentioned that 5or 6 times when buying and was told they where out of the Temp Control coils but would be getting some) to be told they would never have the Temp control coils as not many people want it!! I asked for a manager and Ian said he was the manager, he basically blamed everything on me, the customer!! Asked to talk to someone over him and he said there wasn't anyone.. I finally left my Number for the owner to please call me... Wonder if Ian will even give the owner my number??

1st review Great atmosphere and a good choice of juices at good Value!! And they have some amazing choices In JJ'S juice and great prices on them!! Only gave a four Stars, becauce last year right after I got my new Device witch I love & I was having problems changing Coils and one of the Associates scraped my tank all up (it is pink)and now it looks bad.. And he said "that happens it is just cosmetic" I just had got this mod and tank so it mattered to me.. Then just a month ago I needed coils and the Associate in pekin, had No clue what the differences are between the color band on the filters and argued with me about it when I told him what They ment and what I needed!! I run mine on Ni and do temp control and that's what I like.. He also used plain Metal needle nose Plyers with no soft cover to keep from scratching.. Most people know metal on...

Hate to say it. First time disappointed with vape juice...customer service is typically always great; management, great! I was buying house juice for a long time; when they quit making it, due to legal fda issues, I requested something comparable to the house juice; it was less than adequate what I purchased and received. The after taste was horrible, but Of course, can’t return juice for safety reasons, even if you haven’t opened it. Maybe start requesting a sample before you commit to a couple of bottles of juice....

Its alright for disposable vapes, just don't buy the mods, the one I got for 150 leaked after a few puffs I got it replaced it leaked again after a few uses, the guy kept saying his doesn't leak after I kept asking for help on WHY it keeps doing it, that don't prove nothing to me when I had 2 that did it, they never got hot or in my pocket like the guy kept thinking I got it hot or something that gets irritating, a few weeks later it went missing so 150...
