A little late getting here. š Have neighbors that aren't like family, they are family to me. Kitty's brother passed, but never saw updates on his celebration of life. I wanted her to have something pretty, that would make her smile, and remind her of her brother. Passed the store, turned around and came back. Told y'all what I was wanting and price range. You need it today, or do you want to pick up tomorrow? Today if I could, and she said okay. Had to go register to vote in this county, didn't take too long. I went back, and she had a beautiful arrangement of MANY different flowers. Just what I wanted!! My neighbor said it was gorgeous, and that nobody had sent flowers to the house. She really brightened up, and said that was the first time she had smiled since he passed. Absolutely made my day, with tears of happiness and sympathy. Moved up here in 84 and have gotten all of our flowers with you. The creations that you made for my Dad's memorial were just over the top beautiful. So glad to have you here for the last 40 years. Super friendly and talented staff, and always more than happy with our arrangements!! Thank you so much for the quick service, and helping my neighbor! All of you are just incredible! When I called to check the day of they told they donāt deliver to her location. I let them know 2 things- 1) I was told 48 hours ago on the phone that they did. 2) They took my money for delivery. I tried to at least get my delivery fee back and was told they couldnāt give me a partial return. But instead they threw in a few more flowers. Like this is supposed to make it better. I had to bring in my wife to pick up her own bouquet. We were completely inconvenienced. The surprise was ruined. There was no joy in it at this point. Then she had the nerve to say something to my wife about āmaking me upset.ā My wife let her know all the things that were done wrong. To make it worseā¦It was the most rinky dink set of flowers for $115. Trust me- save your time and go to Publix you will get better quality and service. A- They took my money for a delivery that they refused to do. B- I called and asked for my money back for the delivery fee on the day of and then they wouldnāt even do that. Ā Ā Ā Read moreFailed to receive a phone call that the arrangement I decided on and paid for over the phone was sold to a walk in customer. An arrangement was then sent that I had not picked. I would not have known had my sister not sent me a picture. I discussed my disappointment with the owner which they ask how they could fix it but after much thought, I surmised that may be standard practice for someone who either calls or orders online. There was really nothing (at that point) they could do to fix it as it was already done. It was my first time to use them and I used them based on their ratings. The girl and I had extensive conversation regarding the arrangement when I ordered it so I felt pleased at that time. I had also ask that information be given to the receiver (my sister), regarding the plant type which the girl said she would be happy to do but then never did. The owner had to send it later.
