Excellent customer service, have been looking for 2 months for a recliner and finally found one with their help, they actually took time to show me the difference between a few I was looking at. Going back soon for other furniture items we need.

I had the greatest experience shopping at the Pell city Location. I came late on Monday it was almost closing time and Aundraea was a peach about it. She didn’t rush us or make us feel bad about keeping her late we laughed and created a great time. We were able to pick out the sectional we wanted and although we didn’t get to complete our purchase that day, her and Steve was so nice about it and on Tuesday morning she had my order in and my delivery set up by the time I got there, all I had to do was come in and sign. Just purchased to lift recliners and other items from this store. Everyone was great. Really enjoyed our experience. I would like to add something regarding your delivery charges. I noticed while we were shopping that a lot of customers were over 65. Some may have been veterans most were not. I think it would be in your company's best interest to offer free delivery to people over the age of 65. Many of us are disabled in many ways or have no family or friends to help them get your merchandise. Please consider my request. I know it will help me when I make my...
