I came in with the mindset I wasn't going to buy anything on Monday. I was just window shopping for my daughters birthday in August and it's time for her first phone. However I ended up leaving with THREE phones for less then $200 & all 3 will be barely over $100 a month. Miss Amber really helped me out! my phone was scratched to heck n back and my mother had, had hers for over 5 yrs they don't even make that phone anymore lol so needless to say we had a GREAT overall experience. Amber was sure to transfer all of our passwords Gmail photos and everything else we needed from our old phones to the new ones. We were able to get some cases as well and I've only had my new phone almost 48 hours l and I am in love. Best customer service I've had anywhere in a long time so I appreciate you amber for being so informative and friendly āŗļø at the end of the Day I'm only paying $20 more than I was with my other carrier but I have a peice of mind that my mom has a new good working phone, my son has a good phone to keep up with his friends on and family who lives outta town and in August I'll b happy to see what promotions they have so we can get my daughter added to our plan as well. Great job Boost!! Oh and I will only be coming in on Mondays or Tuesdays so I know amber will be available to take care of me she seems to know about the product she's selling and I trust...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI donāt typically leave reviews but I had to come brag on amber. Sheās great! You can tell she truly wants to help whoever walks in that door. She was wonderful with helping me get my new phone and transferring all my pics/contacts. I even got to watch her with other customers who came in while I was waiting and each one of them she did her very best to help and assist them. Sheās ver kind and sweet.
Update: I wanted to come back to warn people. DO NOT GET A RENEWED PHONE. I got the renewed iPhone 12. Renewed is when they have a used phone but fix it and sell it again. Well my phone definitely wasnāt fixed. Itās giving me nothing but trouble since day 5 after getting it. They shouldnāt even sell these. Iām so upset. I got this phone in mid june and Iām pretty sure itās on its last leg. The phone will just cut off at 20%. It doesnāt hold a charge, itās just getting worse by the day. Also when I first noticed it giving me trouble I did attempt to call to see what they could do but the manager of the store did not want to take it back instead I had to play a back and forth game between the store and this boost number he wanted me to call. The number I called wants to me send in the phone first so they can be sure it is faulty but that would leave me with no phone for possibly 2 weeks. Which I canāt do. So Iāll just be switching back to my old provider....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI went in Sunday to see about having my phone repaired. The sign said they opened at 12pm, but the gentleman was not there. I waited in the parking until 12:45pm when a gentleman who works at the CBD store next door pulled up and told me that the guy who was supposed to open the store had a drunken night and wouldn't be showing up. So I went back Wednesday and the sign says they open at 9am, there were 3 other customers in the parking lot, the same gentleman finally arrived at 9:50am, I purchased a new phone and left, about 5 minutes later I noticed there was no stylus in my phone, I turned around and went back to the store but the gentleman had locked up the store and left. All the lights were on, the open sign was on, so.i waited for 2 hours and he never returned. I went back that afternoon around 4pm, the doors were unlocked but he was next door inside the CBD store, he was very rude and unhelpful. This person should not be working at a store he can't keep open. I've been a Boost customer for years and I have never had a problem like this with any other employee that has ever worked. This gentleman makes your company looks very bad. Also if you would like, I have pictures from when he was closed both days and also when he locked the store and left the open sign on and the doors were locked. I can provide them if...
