They are rude and I heard them scream at customers. Unprofessional. Some of them are family working in there from what I gathered. They will hit your card without permission, so don’t pay over the phone EVER! Don’t miss one single payment even though they claim they can help, they will sue you. You can catch up your account and they will still garnish you. Corporate office never calls back, the guy over the manager is rude too.. always takes the managers side, even when she is so unprofessional and screaming and WRONG. I can only imagine what all goes on in there. Always make sure your marked down mattress is new or you may be taking home someone’s else’s stuff. Make sure you read your contract or you may be paying for something you don’t want either. Keep every receipt. They told me I couldn’t return something that didn’t work unless I got something else. If I could give them -2500...
