I was using gift cards and when we went to apply the 15% welcome code they couldn’t which would have been $122 in savings!!!! They applied it to a single top that I paid for w a credit card so I could return it if my husband didn’t like it. He didn’t so it will be returned. The Store need to provide a better quality of bags and garment bag. I spent $1,330 in your store and was sent away with a very cheap plastic bag, I get better quality from my dry cleaners than I got from your store. Your bags represents your brand, is that the image you to give. The customer service was excellent, you all need to do better with your brand.
