BEWARE THEY DO NOT DO RETURNS ON ANYTHING. They do not tell you when you purchase the items that they are not returnable. They have a very small plaque at only one out of there 3 registers that say no returns but the font is so small I can’t even read it with my glasses on. The plaque is laying flat on the table not even propped up properly, like they usually are. So do not buy gifts for people here if they don’t like it they can’t return them. You would think being this big of a company they would not try to SCAM people and just allow for returns before 30 days like a normal company. I have many Kendra Scott pieces but I will no longer be shopping with them after I had brought a piece that I no longer wanted and they make a fuss about me wanting to returning it. I and also brought a perfume for my mother’s birthday but it started messing with her allergies and they also made a big deal about returning that as well. There excuse was that it says no returns on the receipt, but how does that help me if I’ve already purchased the item. She took the time to thoroughly explain the earring policy to me, ensuring I understood everything perfectly.
