Häagen-Dazs Pembroke Gardens — Restaurant in Pembroke Pines

I just spent $10 +tip for a one ice cream scoop waffle cone. When I walked in the place was a mess. The wash rooms were in disarray. Toilet & Paper napkins were everywhere on the floor. The tables and furniture were sticky from god knows what. A large industrial bottle of soap adorned the edge of the sink in the washroom that was open. One of the two washrooms was unusable. I asked for a glass of water I was told I needed to purchase a bottle of water. This ice cream establishment is EXPENSIVE. The presentation of the facility & service should match the cost, IT DOES NOT. This Haagen Dazs store is a very poor representation of a high end product. The owner has obviously forgotten about thier property or doesn't care or both. If a purveyor doesn't have respect for their customers, customers will not have respect for the facility. My daughter and I went yesterday to claim her birthday scoop, for the first time ever and she requested one scoop in a small cup of cookies and cream with M&M’s. After it was prepared, the lady ask if we had the app and we said yes that we were there to claim her birthday scoop from the app to what the employee responded by dumping out the scoop she just prepared in the garbage and telling us she should’ve said that she wanted the birthday scoop and then proceeded to make another one in a slightly smaller cup, then she told us that we’d need to pay for the topping which was totally fine with us because we knew it was extra but I found her approach was rude, as we would have paid for the first ice cream if we’d known it would require a...

1 star for the rude staff who made me pay twice. I paid once and he insisted I didn’t, I even pulled up my bank account to show him I was charged he said on his end it wasn’t showing- I even called the bank and put them on speaker, they confirmed the charge went through. Anyways he was still saying I did not pay. He was so rude, full of attitude and ignorant. I had to pay again. I tried for two weeks to reach a manager. When I finally reached her after many many attempts (I had to go in person and the staff had to call her) she was very nice and apologetic and told me to just get the same item again, however they were out of the ice cream flavor at...
