I'm very disappointed, my experience was one of the worst that I ever had at this location. I always choose to have my coffe at Starbucks for good reasons the quality of the coffe and service but today was very bad. I order a caramel frapuccino and the first thing they said is we don't have whipped cream, this kid was very rude, not even I am sorry we run out, nothing just we don't have more wipped cream and I was trying to make fun about the situation and said do we get a discount or maybe a cookie ?? and he looked at me very annoyed said and NO. And as I'm having my coffe sitting there with a friend they were ready to closed and they were shutting to the people that were walking in WE ARE CLOSED how do we know you are close when you don't even have a sign on the door that let you know that. Coffee at Starbucks is very expensive so they should train their employees and teaching the meaning of customer service it's not my fault that you are about to close and you are in a very bad mood.I am not going there...

I was enjoying a nice day with my family( by the way, we LOVE coffee) and wanted to have something to drink. So as we were walking we came upon Starbucks, I'll admit I wasn't too happy but there weren't that many options. Walking in the place was packed but, to my surprise the line was moving pleasantly fast. When it was my turn to order Jasmine greeted me with a smile and a Welcome to Starbucks. I wasn't sure of what to order because I was ordering for 3 and everyone wanted something different. Thankfully Jasmine was not only professional but VERY kind, patient and knowledgeable!!! Thanks to Jasmine my experience was Amazing and smooth!!! What a cherry on top of a Beautiful day with my family!!! I think I will be coming back!!! What is the point of ordering in advance online if I am going to be served after the last one in the line was served?? They couldnāt find my order and when I asked them about my order they said that they were making first all cold drinks and mine was a hot one. Finally when they found the ticket with my order they said Ooohh yours is an mobile order!!! It seem they receive those tickets from a different machine that they never paid attention. Even though I was in front of them (sitting in the bar) for a while waiting they did not even care to ask what was my order....
