I honestly think Iâm going to stop going to this Ulta. I go to unwind while the family is out doing their own thing and to get the things I need since itâs the closest to me. However, lately Iâve been getting a lot of attitude. I asked the lady who was near the dermalogica section today for help. I wanted to see the difference between 2 serums and I asked if she could get the testers for me to try. She tried telling me one serum was thicker than the other. But I wanted to feel the texture myself since these serums are not cheap. She said she was going to get it for me. So I waited and waited, then realized she went MIA. As I was making my way to the front I saw her yapping with another coworker. The other lady asked me if she could help me. I asked her the same question and proceeded to get help. I said thank you while at the same time looking at the previous lady perplexed over her rude behavior. She couldâve just came back with some sort of answer, anything. Instead she ignored me and started socializing with the coworker. I admit some people there are nice. But when you go there about once a week, they treat you a little different. Youâd think that it would be better since youâre the one spending money to review the newest products each week. Ulta should be a fun experience for all who go no matter who you are. But lately Iâve been more stressed out than not. The day ended by having the cashier lady say âoh, I forgot, youâre a regular.â Whatâs that supposed to mean?â Is the treatment level supposed to be different for one who goes there more often? I donât know, but it sure has been awkward lately. I love Ulta but I think Iâm going to find a different store for my cosmetic needs. There are many other Ultas nearby to visit. But itâs quite disappointing that just because you are a regular, you get a little bit of an attitude. Thatâs definitely not the way to keep a loyal...
Read moreThis store deserves ZERO stars; absolutely none. I don't know why google will not allow this option to be there for us to accurately rate our experience. Customer service SUCKS and is NONE EXISTENT. I found no help. I was at the store for almost a whole hour looking for products I needed that were supposed to be available, per online (I also needed advice for some skincare products I've been using and some new ones I wanted to try. I asked someone for help and she said she would assist, just give her a few moments. I waited and waited and waited, she never came to assist me. After waiting for so long, I decided to see if I could find what I was looking for and could not find it. I walked the entire store so many times, walked back to the front for assistance and all of reps were behind the register. Not one person could be found to assist their customers on the floor. There was only ONE person standing in line and everyone at the registers we're either paying or just paid (there was about 2 or 3 people). I eventually found what I needed, which was all the way at the back of the store, and ended up leaving the other items I was looking for because I couldn't find it.
The odd thing is, Ive been to Ulta store at other locations (Dania Beach, Aventura, North Miami, and Davie) and my experiences have been nothing short of amazing. I left this pembroke pines location irritated. Needless to say, I will not be back. Even if the product is only available at THIS location, I will just...
Read moreThis has to be the lows of low. My mother went to purchase a gift card for $100 from this location. She did it in good faith. My wife went to redeem the gift card in the store and the store said that the card had no balance. We called the customer service department for 3 days and no help whatsoever. Just the Run around. Then I went to the store to see what could be done and to find out what happened.
The store told me that they couldnât do anything but that this happened often and that we could call a different number and have a new card issued. Did just that and called again.
Just so happens that the card was used and that the company wonât help to reissue a new card. That the $100 is lost. I asked where it was used and they werenât willing to help.
So the rep Yesenia is the one that sold us the card and either gave us the wrong card intentionally since it was used in another store for fraud.
Waited for the police officer to show up in the store now to press charges. Yesenia then showed me the video footage showing before pretending to scan the card given to my mother, she is seen entering a 16 digit number manually in the system. The police officer said that he couldnât arrest or press charges for what is shown but you can clearly seen in the video what sheâs entering.
She committed fraud and is getting away with it. The gift card was used in store 1077. Letâs see if the footage shows...
