The owner is extremely disrespectful, he became aggressive and combative when I explained to him the order was wrong. He began to yell at me and told me I did not know how to order and threw my money at me. I almost called the police because it was outrageous how this man was acting towards a woman or a client. I ordered 2 small matcha lattes with almond milk, as I am trying to place the order the owner is chewing on his breakfast and continued to ask me to clarify my order. I then asked for a shot of espresso on each drink, he began to ask what did I mean by that. So I told him that was fine to leave it without it. He couldn’t explain to the worker who was making my drink what I wanted. So then the worker handed me a white bean smoothie, I asked her what it was since I did not order that. That’s when the owner became aggressive and told me that’s what he thought I ordered. I decided to ask for my money back since there was no way this man understood what my simple order was. And getting offended in these times when a customer is asking you to change your gloves before you touch her fruits when clearly you have been touching many things
