Sooooooo I am not sure what kind of crack is being put in these cakes but it makes no sense how good they are! I am not sweets person and I certainly do not cake (especially store bought cake) but this right here!!
I was first introduced these to little pillows of heaven back at the end February when my supervisor brought me a classic vanilla bundtlet. Instantly when she gave it to me, I kind of turned my nose up but willed myself to try it for the sake of not insulting her. One bite and my life was changed forever.
Just recently (like saturday recently) I went and tried the lemon. OMG!!! Better than the vanilla one; WAY BETTER! Initially I was a little bothered that they were in a refrigerated case. I mean I understand why because of the buttercream icing but I still don't like it. One of the main reasons why I don't like cake especially store bought cake is because often times the cake is made the day before and then refrigerated and I hate that dry, refrigerated taste. But again I don't know what kind of crack they are putting in these cakes but once they're room temperature it is still just as moist.
I went back again this Monday and got the classic vanilla one. I figured I would alternate between the two when I go. However, the vanilla just wasn't doing it for me anymore once I tasted the lemon one. I mean even the buttercream had lemon in it! The only negative thing I have to say is that I am not a icing person and would really love to be able to get a bundtlet without the icing. Don't know it's allowed but the good thing about the cake being refrigerated is that buttercream is stiff and easy to scrape off. They put a ton right down the middle of the hole.

One lady was nice but the other held the line up with these two guys who came in there and obviously did not know what they wanted. Instead of her giving them a menu and having them step to the side to review it, she stood there fraternizing with these guys, in Spanish, and the line continued to grow until it was pretty much out the door. That is so frustrating for the customers in line who already know what they would like to purchase. There was a lady in front of me, in that same line and when it was her turn, the girl just turned around and walked off. She never said âone moment pleaseâ or âI will be right with you.â Nothing! That is so completely rude and that caused the lady to walk out of the store. I donât understand why these establishments do not train their workers to tell the customers in line they will be with them shortly. You would think basic etiquette is something that they teach their staff, but obviously...
   Read moreHi! Iâve ordered sooo many cakes with you guys and have never had an issue. I placed an order on Friday for today to be delivered between 11:30am and 12pm. I called at 11:18am to check the status as I had not received an update. The person who answered was super nice but didnât even know what order I was talking about. I was transferred to the manager ESTHER who was SOOO rude. I actually couldnât even believe it. She said she would TRY to have it here on time even though I paid a $20 delivery fee. She then blamed âcorporateâ for not letting customers know that itâs only an estimated delivery time and told me there wasnât anything she could do since she is once again corporate. I told her sheâd better try to get it to me on time. Where she then began to raise her voice and hung up on me TWICE. I need some kind of solution here. I will be messaging every single day until thereâs a solution because I can only imagine how rude she is to other customers by her tone. Iâll be leaving a review on every single platform....
