I can’t recommend South Shore Diamond Exchange enough!!! I was thoroughly pleased with my experience from the moment I walked in. The store is beautiful and it’s clear there is a lot of care put in to every detail. I was immediately greeted by Sydney who showed great patience and care as she helped me pick out a chain for my boyfriends birthday. It was my first time buying jewelry so she really walked me through the process, helping me to make the right decision at an extremely fair price point. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, and friendly as she helped me look through their abundant variety. She even gift wrapped it after she was done, an extra step that I happily appreciated. Sydney also helped to clean two of my rings that I was wearing, which I didn’t even plan on. It was a generous surprise that showed the great customer service and care that South Shore Diamond Exchange offers.

A few days later, after the chain was given as a present, a piece of the clasp broke. I reached out to Sydney who sold it to me and she generously offered to repair it for me. The turn around time was speedy and proved that I made the right choice in shopping here. The entire experience helped to solidify South Shore Diamond Exchange, and specifically, Sydney as my go to jeweler. I will certainly be returning...

We did not have a good experience with South Shore Diamond Exchange My husband bought me a bracelet at Christmas which was shellfish with a sparkling coating. It was beautiful but you couldn’t leave it on for long because it irritated your arm it was so rough. I brought it back and the owner said it couldn’t be returned. I couldn’t understand this because it was a Christmas gift and should have been abled to be returned. Finally he said he’d take it if I found something else. They had low inventory in gold but a sales person brought out a bracelet that I liked I had 2 to be repaired which he said weren’t worth it so he’d take them and some cash. I agreed but the length was too long so an inch was to be removed. I went to retrieve this after a few days and the sales girl had a hard time joining the clasp on my wrist. When I got home I saw it was twisted do to the clasp being put on upside down. I went back to the store,again, and had to leave the bracelet until the repair jeweler returned. Also the inch removed was a half inch.I finally picked up my bracelet and what bothered me was not one person said they were sorry for the inconvenience. I will bring this to another jeweler to have the other half inch removed so it’s not sliding on my hand. I do not recommend this...

When I walked into the South Shore Diamond Exchange in Pembroke I had no intention of purchasing anything. However, thanks to the expertise of Rob Rose, their wide & varied range of stones & settings, coupled with their fair and comparable pricing, my husband and I found the wedding bands of our dreams. Rob was patient, thorough and extremely knowledgeable about the products and gems in his store, and opened my eyes to different settings that I would not have previously considered. My husband and I returned together at later date, at which time Rob had ordered carbon fiber band that my husband was interested in. Once again, Rob took the time to educate us on the nuances associated with purchasing diamonds, and maximized our budget.

Each time I return to the store I am greeted by name and my jewelry is cleaned and polished at no charge. Rob Rose is not a high pressure salesman, he was sincere and thoughtful (remembering details from my first visit) and simply wants to provide his customers with a great experience purchasing the highest quality diamonds and jewelry. My husband and I will definitely return to South Shore Diamond Exchange, hopefully this Christmas I will get to upgrade my diamond earrings!! Sincerely Sarah...
