Never again. Ordered pizza for delivery on credit card half hour before closing time, 45 minutes later never arrived and they wouldn’t answer their phone. Lucky for me another place was still open ordered the same pizza from the other place. Next day went down to the shop to get my credit card refunded and the owner told me the driver said he had delivered it so I was not getting a refund. I was blown away. I was a regular customer and actually had the receipt from the second place on me. I said do you think I’m just a crazy person who orders 2 of the exact same pizzas from 2 places on the same night so I can scam you out of a pizza? Guy yelled at me to get out of his store and he wouldn’t credit me. Of course I disputed the charges with the credit card company and got my money back and will never give him my business again. I will never order from this place again. I ordered online to have my food delivered and paid on the website. When I got my food I realized the order was not right. I asked for no lettuce, I got lettuce, I asked for no salsa, I got salsa. I asked for extra sour cream, I did not get sour cream. All of those things I can live with but I looked at my receipt and I was charged more than I was on the website. I called and spoke to the owner who refused at first to give me any money back, only a credit towards my next order. I explained this was a one time order so he then agreed but hung up the phone on me. A few days later I see no change on my bank account. I called him back to ask him where my credit is and said he will not give me any money back. He can keep screwing people over but the first time was the last time for me. If I could give zero...

I want to preface this, with the fact I have enjoyed this establishment for a long time. This review however is being prompted by the recent orders I’ve received. I have twice now, twice in a row, ordered just a small meat lovers pizza for myself. And had it delivered completely destroyed, slid to the left. I called the first time, and the gentleman who answered the phone said I’d receive credit. I didn’t. I called this time much more frustrated, and he SAYS he will give me credit this time, but he was clearly panicking.
