Staples — Local services in Pembroke

I went to Staples on Church St in Pembroke to return an Amazon purchase I asked the clerk Lewis about my return and she took care of it promptly. I guess while I was beong helped a women stepped in line behind me. When Lewis gave me my receipt I informed her that I needed my medicare card laminated. Lewis asked if I could wait while she took care of the other customer. I said okay. Meanwhile 2 more people stepped in line and Lewis said I had to wait for everyone to be helped prior to I was the first customer and i felt i shouldn't have to wait so I left Customer service like this is unacceptable as far as I'm concerned first...

Do not trust the opinions of these workers. They sold my mom a printer that didn’t work, then upon trying to return it they upsold her on a different printer along with “insurance” for the new printer. After 4 weeks of using the printer (HP smart tank 6100) the print heads broke so we called the insurance she purchased. They told us they cannot help us even though we purchased the insurance and that we need to contact HP, and the fun part, that this printer is known to have issues like this even though it’s brand new. Their extended warranty’s they sell are a total rip off and not helpful at all. Wait to scam someone...

I was denied help charging my phone when it was dead so I could call for a ride HOME! I have shopped here a thousand times and seen dozens of people allowed to charge their phones behind the counter and even go BEHIND the counter to make a call while their phone was charging!
