Went there to buy a cup of soup, and a half grilled cheese sandwich for a sick friend… The grill cheese sandwich had about 2 tablespoons of shredded cheese, (which was mostly unmelted) , the bread was not even toasted, far far from being grilled… Brought this soup and half Sandwich to a friend who had the flu, when we open the bag, I saw the sorriest excuse for a grilled cheese sandwich, I swear to God a blind person could have made a better sandwich … I called the manager, and complained… He did his best to rectify the situation, offering me another sandwich, which I did not want… I was however refunded my purchase price +3 dollars . I do not understand how they can have people working there, and they don’t even know how to make a basic grilled cheese sandwich… $10, for one cup of soup, and a half of a grilled cheese sandwich is ridiculous, But when you see 2 tablespoons of cheese, shredded, not even melted… That’s just a total slap in the face… I would have to say management should probably pay attention to what quality is going out the door, especially seeing they are charging ridiculous amounts of money for something such as this!!! Is there anyone out there that actually thinks $10 is anywhere near a fair price for this?...
Read moreI just had an incredibly rude experience when attempting to order at the drive thru window at Pembroke, MA location. I am hard of hearing and asked if the modern caprese was available at the drive thru window, as I usually eat in store, I wasn't sure. I thought she repeated back to me "we have that sandwich on a baguette" and I said yes. She then repeated my order back to me and said "green goddess on a baguette" and I said no I'm sorry I was asking about the modern caprese. At which point with the RUDEST TONE said "I said we don't have that! Closest thing is the green goddess!" I said excuse me?! I'm hard of hearing I though you said you did have it. But you are so rude so I'm not interested anymore!

I am a faithful Panera customer despite the high cost for the amt of product because I love a particular sandwich, fontega chicken with broccoli cheddar soup, and have been ordering it for over 20 years. Much to my surprise when I bit into my sandwich today, it was soaked with a dark orange Spicy overly Smokey terrible tasting sauce.( the atomic taste is still in my mouth an hr later) I promptly brought the sandwich back and was told that they no longer carry aïoli mayonnaise and will be using that orange cheap stuff from now on. CONSUMER BEWARE nowhere on their menu did they indicate any change in my sandwich. And they have no mayo So now there is nothing on my chicken sandwich and it’s too dry. I guess Panera doesn’t care and just lost me as their faithful customer. I will not be back. The sales person could not have been nicer.
