The individuals criticizing this church have obviously not taken the time to attend a church service and take in the message from Father John. His message is bible based and connects to the modern world. I leave church wanting to live my faith in the week ahead. Some earlier comments I’d like to address. No parking- there is unlimited street parking, shared lots with another church on 303 and privileges in a small lot behind the church. Parishioners distributing communion- yes, the Catholic Church has sanctioned Eucharistic ministers for many years. Laptop near altar -the service has been live streamed since Covid and this practice continues for a multitude of reasons; reaching those who are ill or work on off-shifts or unable to attend. Young people willingly participate in the celebration of the Eucharist. Father John is one of the main reasons I returned to the Catholic Church. I will be forever grateful and wish him all the best in his...
Read moreYes, the church is small and old but that is not my concern. First, use of a MacBook sitting in sight for Mass goers to see and the priest talking to it instead of us in the pews. Second, veiled attempts to do liturgical things with congregants rather than altar servers. Why have people come from the pews to hold the candles during the Gospel? Lastly, communion distributed to us IN THE PEWS by a lay person when there were two priests (one visiting from India) The parish priest clearly has physical limitations but the other priest should have been the ONLY one to administer communion. There were only about 30 people at Mass this Saturday night. They did sing that wonderful hymn All Are...

Unfounded evidence of anything related to old myths of Helltown in our decades of...
