Fantastic experience! Had so much fun renting electric bikes and hitting the tow path. The electric pedal assist made this adventure effortless and fun. Stopped and took pictures and enjoyed some friendly conversation with other folks along the way. The store is clean and the equipment is well maintained but the best part was the service from the staff. Friendly AND helpful they answered all of our questions and had us on our way feeling confident about how to use the equipment in no time. I would absolutely recommend Pedego as your go to if you're looking for an easy way to see the beauty of CVNP and the Towpath.

I just went for the first time in July and the person at the counter was so nice and explained how these bikes worked! It is a little pricy but I think it’s on par for this type of activity, I spent ~$80 for two people for 1.5 hours. But it was such a good experience and we were able to cover so much ground in just an hour and half! Electric bikes are so fun— Definitely recommend!

100% recommend renting electric bikes from here and taking an hour or two to ride through the national park. They provided us excellent service and also gave us ideas of where to go on our ride. This was incredibly fun and now I am spoiled and only want to ride electric bikes! Definitely one of the highlights of our trip!

The rental cost and store were great, however we picked a really bad day to rent an ebike for the first time. Saturday afternoon on a holiday weekend was not a good idea. Getting used to riding a bike again and navigating all of the controls made it very difficult with the amount of people on the towpath. There were other bikes, joggers, walkers, kids and pets to navigate around while trying to stay upright and navigate the controls. I was able to do so but my wife was not as fortunate. She did take a small spill and skinned her knee up pretty good. Also, on the bikes my seat could not really be adjusted by a quick release, so I had to go with what was there. Also the front tip of the seat kept rising up in the air and I would have to push it back down. My wife’s bike had crooked handlebars, so that probably made it difficult for her to steer, because when she straightened the handlebars where they should be, she would run off the road. All in all, I suppose it was a good experience for the most part and we would like to do it again, but certainly not on a weekend or a...

We had an incredible experience with Keith! What a nice and helpful man along with his technician Dale. We are on a long exploration headed west with our camper and on the first day our bike rack failed and my wife’s bike was damaged. Not beyond repair, but we are on a road trip and can’t wait for parts etc. The shop was closed for the two days we were in town but Keith texted me and we arranged to purchase the current version of my wife’s Pedego Interceptor. Keith and Dale came in early and added the features my wife likes and had us ready to go just like that. They turned a disaster into a win. My wife’s health limits what she can do with me outdoors to a few things and riding her electric bike is a major one. With Keith’s assurance and effort we went overnight from possibly losing that for this trip to ensuring it with a bike she knows and is familiar with. Great save! Keith was a true gentleman who cared about folks he’d never met before and did them a bigger solid than...

12/10 Just bought a Pedego Bike, the cheaper model, due to me being a noob at bikes and kinda a cheap stake. The experience has been great almost at 100 miles on the bike now and I'm in love with it! Definitely recommend the rental service. Prices are great guys it's fun and worth. When purchasing the service was great they get you all hooked up with all the bells and whistles and the family that owns the place is great sweet people. So ultimately I'd say if you're about saving on gas want something to do for the weekend this is it a worthy investment for saving gas and doing door dash . Akron is well put together bike lane wise so I'd say do it and have some fun too it's like horses back in the day but now you're not 10 feet tall and on a wild animal😂🤣 idk I love my bike imma be in for my 100 mile tune here soon...
